i will boycott this team of scriptwriters and production tean if they give me an hanging ending like yunxi. i will not accept another yunxi because that is too much for these two main leads. the book i heard is a good ending. so they better dont try to pull anything funny or try to illogically too 'smart'. so far they are doing a good job with the flow of logic except for ep 19 and 20. choppy yes because editing was from 48 to 40. so i can forgive.

i think Prince Su is there abouts 22 23. if according to gal marriagable age in those era. FX will be at least 17/18 or even younger because they are planning to marry her to Qiche at beginning of the drama, which makes FR about 16-17.

i have another theory which may concur with yours. Maybe after seeing their closenss in ep 26 preview, Xihe will end up marry someone else as she is a princess. As she has no sister and emperor has no other princess, FR is to keep her company as a sister in law. so they are kinda friends in a way maybe. that is why they got chase by assasins together.

very interesting idea. i certainly hope so. AFter the suicide attempt from FR, i dont think consort Shu and emperor dad will bring up the primary consort (zhengfei) idea again. I can see how much closer XJ is getting on with his mum including holding her hands. so i think the zhengfei saga is almost over. except the XIhe hasnt fully given up on it. I just don understand why she was in her wedding cloth with FR on the edge of the cliff. when XJ jumped he certainly wasnt in wedding gear. i cant figure that bit out. but i m sure after that jump, any gal including Xihe in the right sane mind will see they have no chance with XJ. He just choose to jump to be with FR...follow u in life and in death is as good as this.

ahahah the answer is ep 23. Mr Ge got punished to picked dumps for one month. hahaha...what a punishment XJ is dishing out. but it really proves her love for him. she was very shyly smiling at the thought of little suwan when he mentioned it. Very different from yunxi when she is always like running away and says she is not ready. Here she just keep inviting him to bed and kiss him voluntarily. i can really feel the energy of husband and wife acting here. no wonder every one is calling them SuRong husband-wife. in yunxi they called them XiQin CP - couple. in ruyi the husband and wife closeness is much more prominent. of course here in ruyi, theymeet and have misunderstanding and bicker then fell in love andget marry and learn to love each other more throughother misunderstanding. in yunxi they are forced to married ons suspicious motive and then slowly fell in love. a complete reversal.

Below are just my assumption:

From the ost the ending one and some BTS, there will be a funeral at Fu manor. FR, WBQ and FR and Guan ge will be in mourning clothes. i suspect the father is framed by a some ppl. XJ looks like he came to visit in all white clothing. but i am not sure whether it is because of their royal status that they have an argument. I dont think FR as a wangfei and him being a wangye can be there to do their duties as children of deceased and wear those clothing. Could be also because of some misunderstanding again. maybe daddy died because of impicated with ruyi pavilon and FR blame XJ for not trusting about ruyi pavilion. my guesses. i saw WBQ also wearing mourning in BTS reading script with FX, which i suspect he will be married to FX already.

yes i prefer them loving and trusting each other in face of hardship rather than them torturing one another while facing external evil forces. let them stay together. let their love overcome. please mr scriptwriter.

so far there is no scene of him dreaming except for ep 15 right when he was drugged. a bit hard to follow about his dreams as they dont show it.

i love these two scenes..both guys are just too adorable. the maids and the aides are having so much fun looking at them from behind.

cant agree more. the ep 19 and 20 is too much for me. only these last 4 episodes are making it up.

yes i cant help but think the scriptwriter has help to ease our viewers' pain for LFY through XJ. it was almost like LFY saying to YX when i saw that part. I thought it is such a good scene and good wording.

no chance for you darling. looks like our XJ is a one lady man with lots of intelligent. he has successfully extracted himself out of the sticky situation of primary consort. n looks like he planned it with his aides way before it crops up. bravo this guy. i love you XJ.

hahaha....everyone wants to see her wooing him this time. and based on ep 21 n 22 she is trying indeed. hahaha....and looks like he is almost there forgiving her. i am 80% there now. at least she is more like a her usual nosy open book self that he can read and tease. Let us see the next progression. hopefully the scriptwriter doesnt pull some awful illogical stunt. but these 21 and 22 was well written that XJ was indeed a military man. calm and play strategy. he manages to get out of the primary consort issue very cleverly. by playing on his jinx reputation. and definetely get rid of bratty schreecy for now. emperor also getting off his back. looks like he is determined only to have furong and no one else.

all she need to do is say i am sorry. i make a wrong judgement. let us work together on this. can u forgive me. i think XJ will drop like a fly into her net. hahaha...he is putty in her hands.

i think we are torturing ourselves. normally this sort of torture is pretty common in cdrama like love and redemption where the ML is literally love her and die for her 9 lifes and on 10th life she end up stabbing him. but at least the FL was really innocent and she was born without 6 sense. but she really go all the way out to look for him and make it up to him. she spend 500 over days just to look for him. n she did all sort of things to woo him back. but because this drama carry the baggage of LOYX i guess we are more affected. their love there is so torturing and ending was bad. and now they give these two leads a second chance, please make us feel good to heal our YX wound.

trying to assasinate the man who just gave up everything for you just does not make sense. why can t she confront him, or test him even, refuse his proposal and he will come running to her to ask why before pulling out the knife on ur wedding night. i think that is such a mean horrid thing to do. if it is other days i dont feel so bad. to do it during wedding when he goes all the way out to make sure she gets the best of everything adequate for a wangfei (princess consort) is too much for me and now because she feels miserable she want a divorce. grow up gal!!!!

i cannot agree with you more...it is like 200%. the divorce thing is the last straw for me. I want to see her sorry and try to woo him back. not sit there looking miserable because they are discussing about taking a first wife. with her behaviour, her idiocracy and her selfishness, i actually welcomed XJ taking a main wife. She is definetely not the main wife material. anyone will do just not that screechy bratty princess.

yes i love XJ more than LFY. LYF has a lot of baggage and is darker. XJ is much more warmer here. and he straight out care about FR. a lot more expressive leaving no doubt about his sincerety and feeling for her. that is why i find her dumb here. he is tat obvious and she still want to stab him. so i can only blame it on a terrible script. i think many of us support XJ and even feel protective of him.

You are not the only one. i am soooooo annoyed and disappointed with this team of scriptwriter. past 18 episodes she is at least kind and warm, just quite naughty and overactive. but here in ep 19 she dropped in her intelligence to 3 yo. what is worst. suddenly she is cold and scheming. scheme with ahnwan to marry XJ so she can revenge.....eloooooo...the guy just gave up everything for you, his army, his career, his reputation, his heart and suffer injury and flogging and all u can do is to try assasinate him on your wedding night. WEDDING ok....not any other day. she can test him, confront him, get angry with him and refuse to marry him even.

sorry i feel there is a bunch of idiots scriptwriter here who doesnt have logic. they just want to make sense of XP turning dark and decided that FR should share the hate but making her dropped to be stupid and heartless. and then she decided instead of making up to him for her mistakes, she asked for a divorce. i really have my doubts on the next 4 episodes previews given. they seems sweet but i somehow i doubt it is easy to turn the bad taste around.

Unless she tried to woo him back. she should do that.

Yes i finished 30 episode too.. Love it for the low angst n light romance. ML Is so loveable with the way he talked to his wife, spoil her and love her to bits. He does all things a good man will do for his wife. Only thing is he likes to keep bad things from her which gives her few angst. FL character is not great but i can accept. Typical kind heart, forthright gal who is cute n loveable but rather immature n a few annoying moments. But she trusts him heaps esp when it comes to other women n she wanted to shoulder everything w him but he would not allowed. Really easy watch. Enjoyable binge now all episodes are available. Like like like.
