there were some really funny scenes and oh the eye candy~ but honestly guys... this is not such a great movie.

lee joon is a great actor but the movie was a mess

gi tae was one of the most pitiful characters ever. he was obviously lonely bc of his family situation, but his friends ended up abandoning him even tho gi tae made it pretty obvious that he loved them lots and was sorry for acting like an asshole sometimes. they totally did not consider his situation at all and i can't believe that becky didn't give a flying fuck about gi tae's death either. i didn't get becky's deal anyway... what the hell was his problem?

srsly, this movie is so depressing.

well, I don't think so. Of course, this drama is like a million times better than heirs, but it's still overrated in my opinion.

Well, in the end, it's about your personal taste in dramas anyway^^ Some may find this drama incredible, while I - who has seen a lot of kdramas and so can't help but compare it with others that I've given a 9 as a rating- simply don't.

I didn't say that it was only because of him. He does play a huge factor though. It may be true that he's been a rising star for a long time in korea, but overseas he's only become really popular after school 2013. Before that, peope knew him from Secret Garden but he didn't really have a huge fanbase overseas. After the success of School 2013 and his sudden popularity overseas it was pretty obvious that this drama would be really popluar. But I didn't say that he is the only reason. The drama is good, way better than most korean drama plots but 9 out of 10 points is still too much. People should stop being biased becaue of actors.

haha I thought it exactly the same, but while The Greatest Love is one of my fav dramas and stays interesting from the first to the last episode, this one got kinda boring towards the end. You're right^^

I just went through some comments and I am SO GLAD to see that I am not the only one who thinks that this drama is exremely overrated. It is not bad!! No, it's far from being bad, but a rating of 9,06 is unbelievable! But I guess I know where this rating is coming from. The cast - Lee Jong Suk - is the reason. Again, I'm not saying that the drama is bad and doesn't deserve the attention, but the actor's popularity definitely played a huge role in the ratings this time. (Like it does for so many dramas. Atm it's 'Heirs')

it's because of Lee Jong Suk, obviously. There are a lot of dramas that are highly overrated because of the cast. Take 'Heirs'... everybody is loving it even though the plot is something that has been done 1000 of times, and just because of Lee Min Ho, Park Shin Hye, Kim Woo Bin etc. it's receiving so much positive attention that it absolutely does not deserve

this drama is just amazing! everyone who likes revenge plots should give this a try. this is definitely going on my top 5 list (if it stays that good, that is!)

yes, you're right, everyone has different tastes and sure, there are some people who might like this, but... I personally think that this drama is bad and a waste of time. I still watch it though (because of woobinnie). I also like cliches sometimes, but I don't like them in this case because everything is just sooo not special. But again... you are right, everyone likes different stuff^^ just wanted to share my opinion, I didn't mean to judge anybody

well, I've watched a lot of kdramas and this drama is absolutely nothing special. it's like every drama-cliche was put into this drama and there are already 8 episodes and nothing surprising or special happened yet so... well, I guess people who haven't seen a lot of dramas before might find this entertaining but for someone who's watched a lot this is really just a bunch of crap...
