This is really well-put so far! As a fan of the novel and the Chinese adaptation, this will definitely go in my list of "Great Adaptations". The acting of the characters is appropriate (no matter how annoying it is at times *you know what I mean*- I just do not understand the overhyped hate for some of the actors...) and LJG is superb with his micro-expression-eyes (which make the story a lot better with actors who are good and have been improving since their first projects). I just cannot wait to see how they take it from here (at ep 11 and omg that was so emotional and I never really cry about dramas...beautiful execution of an episode) However, I do wish that some characters will get more fleshed out instead of just their antics and lovelines....Well, let's just see how it goes!

Haven´t started watching yet, because I´m waiting till it´s complete so I can marathon it. I…
To add from the previous comment, I like how the 4th prince does not already have a wife and son like in the Chinese version, because that added to my dislike of him even more (his wife was so caring too...).

And the award for the best mother goes to....
The princess went to the queen and they planned it together. yes, they are both b****** for sitting there and watching So drink it (especially the princess since she has a "thing" for him). Hope that helped with the confusion.

This is awful, but I really like the #koreansatan (the phrase not the character). Just made my day. :)

Title A Beautiful Mind Spoiler
I just..want to clarify something: *big spoiler coming up* *read at your own risk* so does that mean he wasn't…
Yes I think that means that due to the misunderstanding, he was raised to be a psychopath since that is what he was told since he got adopted and how the father always treated him like that...

My favorite drama would be both of the Liar Game adaptations (Korean and Japanese); mainly the Japanese. The acting would be over-the-top at times, but it really helped through a hard period in my life and it always intrigued me to keep watching (even throughout the movies that were spawned later on). The Korean adaptation has wonderful acting (Shin Sung Rok I am looking at you), cinematography, and a reality TV aspect that was not explored in the original source material. They both show the worst in people (money ruins everything), but they bring back the good in humanity through the actions of Nao/Da-Jung. Even though there is no romance, I like the suspense and the thought that it took to write out the brilliant scenarios in the dramas. Plus, it popularized the unique "reality television" aspect that you encounter in some dramas today (Wanted).
