XD You guys are posting all the reasons you hate dramas and end up dropping them... I keep reading all your reasons…
XD I don't think Secret was ruined because of him, but I can't watch other dramas with him in it. XD I just can't stand him as an actor. Not that his acting is bad, I just can't stand his face.
~I do understand you guys. I don't think you should watch a drama if you're not enjoying it. The reason dramas are there are to enjoy. XD I just think with so many reasons to be upset at a drama... wow... Lol XD I just think it's weird so many things can ruin a whole drama for people. And eventually end in dropping. And you put in the article
"Here are a few of my drama “plot peeves” that almost always guarantee that I will drop the drama."
I think this article could've been titled differently and written differently, like "things I hate in dramas that sometimes ruin the whole thing for me." or obviously be a creative writer and think of a shorter title. XD
But I looked at your drama list (@shountz) and GIRL you have WAY more dramas that you finished and rated low than dropped dramas. lol
XD You guys are posting all the reasons you hate dramas and end up dropping them...
I keep reading all your reasons and most of them are reasons why I LOVE kdramas. lol
Anyway~ There has to be a reason for me to start a drama in the first place.
So once I start a drama I already have a reason for watching it. Whether it's a lovely actress, freaking hot actor, the plot, the writer wrote another drama I loved, my bias sang an OST for it, etc.
So if I start a drama with a reason than the only possible way for me to want to drop a drama is if that reason dies. XD So this is why I've never dropped a drama before. =P I only start dramas with a reason to finish them. There are definitely dramas on my list I wish I never watched, and I do think I should've dropped She Is Wow since even now I'm disgusted with just thinking about it. =P But there was a reason I watched it. And no matter how ridiculous, eye roll worthy, and utterly terrifying it was watching that drama, the reason why I decided to start it never changed, so I pulled through and finished it. =P
But how do you watch dramas? Do you seriously just drop a drama because of an annoying side character?? I mean I know how annoying they can get... Like Bae Subin in Secret DROVE ME CRAZY. But the reason I kept watching was the same reason I started it in the first place, and for new reasons I found while watching the drama, like the ost was good, and it was one of the first melodramas I'd seen. XD
Definitely I think once you start a drama the reasons for watching it can increase, but I don't know how it's possible they can decrease. =P Unless you all just start dramas for no reason other than the fact that it's a fully subbed kdrama. lol
I think I'll use it for studing korean and watch without subs. I don't do this usually bc I can't stand to not…
I'm the same. Like I'd never watch a historical, medical, action, thriller, law, mystery, or business drama without subs. XD Usually the best are these types of dramas, or high school dramas. =)
20 episodes is a lot. It ruined Reply 1994 for me. Especially because the episodes occasionally went up to an hour and a half long. >_<
45 - 50 minute episodes 16 times over was so perfect for Reply.
Reply 1997 is still one of my favourite dramas ever but Reply 1994 is one of my least. =P
Rice^^ Haha Idk I just think the way Asians make rice is amazing <3 There are also so many things they do with rice. That's why I chose it. I just love fresh things like bibimbap or kimbap. and I love RICE CAKES <3 JUST YUMMMMYYY!!!!
My favourite drinks are green tea lattes! I also love getting aloe vera juice, and cantata coffee is pretty tasty as well. But I think green tea lattes are my favourite right now.
