Just because he became war demon and complete his task and killed the villain does that mean they should stop showing his character completely? What kind of bullshit is this🙄

Did I ever say he should fall in love with her again or that I wanted romance? None of your points even match what I actually said. First understand what I meant, then come and argue, otherwise just stay quiet. Did I say he needed to fight for thirty minutes, romance her again, or fall in love with her again? What I said was simple — in the last two episodes, he was completely absent, and for a main character that was not right. 🙄 The FL is also a character, so if they could keep showing her, why couldn’t they show him too? That’s all I asked. Just because he became the War Demon doesn’t mean he died, right? Then what is the meaning of completely not showing him after he became the War Demon? I only said focusing only on the FL was not right. I never said they should reunite or start loving each other again.

I know he had less screen time and that the FL got more focus, and I still decided to watch the drama after thinking about all that. I actually dropped it at first, but after a few days I started watching again because I’m a xianxia drama fan. But this is the first xianxia drama I’ve seen where the ML disappears in the last two episodes and only the FL keeps getting focus, especially in a ML-centered drama. When I watched the first trailer, I had high hopes that this would be his journey story, but that hope disappeared after the very first episode. Even though he was the main ML, his screen time was already less throughout the drama, and then they completely removed him from the last two episodes too. At least they could have shown him for a little while. You said this was a story that focuses on everyone, but then why did the main ML not even get one minute of screen time in the last two episodes? If the purpose was really to focus on other characters, then there was no need to keep showing only the FL at the end either

U can enjoy this kind of series that's not my problem ok. And don't need to tell me what kind drama i like.I thought it will get better after several episodes but no. I am a fan of xianxia drama that's why i watched it.
All the cool fighting scenes are from the ML though? Only the last fight is easy since he is so powerful as the…
I know he is more powerful than them, but atleast They can properly show the way he become perfect war demon. When they try to show his scene, they cut his scenes and show another character scenes.Whenever he starts fighting now, the scene gets cut almost immediately and switches to something else. For a fantasy wuxia drama, the fights should be shown properly, not cut away the moment they begin. The FL got more fight scenes and more screen time than the ML. Forget the fight scenes and screen presence for a moment — the real problem is that they didn't even showed him in the last three episodes. For an ML-centered drama, they should at least show where he went and what he was doing. Instead, they focused more on the fl journey.

And also i never said he needed to spend half an hour to beat the old man ok. 👍what kind of drama is this ml dissapeared in last episodes not even show a one min screen presence and where he went, bullshit drama. Oh u like this kind of drama that ml disspaeared in last episodes, really?if the story not focuses on main couple they y the drama?and 40 episodes is less, if story focuses on main couple.

"Then why did the director give the FL almost all the screen time in the last episode if the drama wasn't supposed to focus on just one person? The ML's fight scene got barely one minute of screen time. At least they could have shown his journey and how he fully became the War Demon, but they didn't. Even worse, they practically made him disappear in the final episode. No matter how anyone tries to justify it, that's a terrible decision. In the last three episodes, the ML barely got any focus, while the FL got plenty. What kind of decision is that? If the story wasn't meant to focus on only one character, then why was the FL the only one being highlighted in the final episode? I've watched many xianxia dramas, but I've never seen a drama treat its ML like this in the last two episodes—especially when it's supposed to be his story as well. It honestly feels like the director had something against the ML. After he became the Demon, he basically disappeared. If that was the plan, they should have ended the drama at Episode 38. The last two episodes felt unnecessary. Usually, this kind of treatment happens after the ML dies, but he wasn't even dead here. 🙄
Agree with the fact that ML didn't get much screentime. This is one of the Ren Jialun's contract ending dramas…
They don't show his journey and what happened to him. After watching this drama i understood its entirely focus on other charcaters rather than main ml. That's y they don't show his face in last three episodes😐

Not last episodes, the entire episodes he got only few minutes screen time and he dissapeared in last three episodes and he didn't get not a one min screen time🫡

Just because it was the last contract, does that mean his scenes had to be reduced? In the last three episodes, the focus should have been on him. They should have properly shown him getting his powers and becoming the War Demon. They did a good job building him up until he got his full powers, but after that they barely gave him any focus. Making the final episodes all about drama and not even giving him enough dialogue was a very poor decision. They ended up treating him like a supporting character. 🤷♀️

Ok but atleast they can show his fight scenes for a few minutes and become a perfect war demon from his fight scenes in the last episode. Everyone gets more fights scenes than hime especially asheng and xia mei. They why can't he?
Sigh 😪😮💨! I came for the male-centered drama, thinking I would get more action and storyline, only…
Yes 💯. every cdrama are always focuses on fl story and journey. Very few of them that only focuses on ml story drama. But this drama is a worst drama i have ever watched.
This drama is a boring mess. The only reason why I finished it, was because of comments of people liking it. It…
"I honestly don't know why the director made him the male lead if he wasn't going to give him proper screen presence or fight scenes. When I watched the trailer, I had very high hopes because it looked like the male lead would get plenty of action and important moments. But that never happened. The last two episodes were a complete mess. The female lead ended up taking the spotlight in places where the male lead should have been the focus. They didn't even properly show his face in the final episode. In fact, he was practically absent for the last three episodes. This is easily one of the worst dramas I've ever watched. What a complete waste of a story. Kind of a bullshit drama, to be honest.
I watched this drama because of, its a male centred drama and also xianxia. But in the last episodes what they were trying to show,I really can't understand.
What nonsense did I just watch in the last episode? This is one of the most disappointing dramas I've ever seen. Even though the story is supposed to focus on the male lead, he barely got any screen presence or proper fight scenes. They didn't even show his journey properly. I don't understand what the director was trying to do in the last two episodes. His final fight was so underwhelming—he just showed up, raised his hand, and it was over. If this is a male lead's story, shouldn't his story be the main focus? Yet in the last two episodes, he didn't even get one minute of meaningful screen time, while the female lead got all the attention. If they couldn't properly tell his story, why make him the male lead in the first place? This could have easily been a female-lead drama. This is the worst xianxia drama I've ever watched. He's supposed to be the main male lead, but they ended the drama by focusing almost entirely on the female lead. I genuinely don't understand that decision
