read that the author and yang zi from an interview, explains the title to mean a loss that people will experience through their life, may it be personal, life or love. so there's a deeper meaning for all the characters other than just a love relationship between a male and female

it's like they are kindred spirits. when she was talking to him while flying on the bird, his facial expression seems to show he understood and could relate to what she was saying

so far they are sticking very close to the novel. didn't expect much from the male actors but they seem to be representing their characters quite well. it's like seeing the book come to cdrama life.

love how they are not dumbing down these scenes and interactions so far. the assertiveness and aggressive behavior is what makes the character Xiang Liu

Opening fighting sequence was a no holds bar fight. Choreography between the two looked well practiced, and the visuals of LX white and red outfit while fighting with the spinning and twirling was very eye catching. Character introduction in first episode doesn't seem too forced or exaggerated. So far so good....
