I am so glad you wrote the second part of it CS :) For Coffee Prince, Eun Hye was perfect but for TMTETS, I think…
Joong Ki all the way. Not that the drama sucked without him but he is versatile enough to make anything work.

I would say it had negative effects on me and not positive. Got lazier, more antisocial but yes one positive effect is it has made me more candid about my choices.

I used to get very frustrated with the lack of romance in most J-drama until I started watching K-drama. Now my…

You know in bollywood movies when they let the heroine go off in the sunset with one of the heroes of the love triangle. Just before the ending they would introduce a actress for the other hero. Basically telling you there is somebody for everybody.
BTW the actress introduced in the end is better(i.e. more famous then the lead) telling you that he was better off and got the better girl. They should have done that for Ji Hoo. You know some body flirting with him in the hospital or for that matter in the medical school.

They did that in reply 1997.

Dude my mom not so much. She gave up on me long time back much b4 my korean drama phase. She asked after i had told her the story of harry potter 15 times that this is harry then who the hell is the potter.
As for korean drama she doesn't get the guys from the girls.

Rock on

Tell me about it. I started watching such drama's in December andhave tanked all my exams since then, if only my own brain could have a better say in my life.
Is there no cure to this addiction.

It depends on the senses-
KDrama are pleasing to the eye great visuals, the rich are shown super rich(meteor garden/ boys b4 flowers/ HYD), the action is also super action, he sets are super beautiful and the list goes on.
Jdrama are pleasing to the ears, the dialogues are intelligent, funny and do not drag(Rich man, poor woman) there are better subtleties, its not just black and white
TDrama are pleasing to the inner senses, though longer they carry emotional attachments better (Playful Kiss vs It started with a kiss), the chemistry is better, the passion is more passionate(the devil beside you had the most random plotline but still was gr8 ), even friendships are more believable.

Since visuals matter more to us, (we even use more brain activity to see then to hear)I guess KDrama wins esp since I don't even hear the dialogues I read them.
