In the country of Yanli, General Liu's mansion is home to twin sisters Liu Jing Shu and Liu Jia. At the time, twins were considered an ominous sign, so the younger sister, Liu Jia, was hidden from a young age, raised in secret under the name Er Gou by General Liu. As the two grew up, despite looking identical, their personalities were vastly different. The elder sister was gentle and graceful, while the younger was lively and mischievous, often impersonating her sister and sneaking out of the mansion to cause trouble.
When the sisters were fifteen, during the engagement banquet between the Generalβs Mansion and the Xuanping Marquis' Mansion, Xiao Ren Yan, unwilling to easily accept an arranged marriage, found an excuse to leave before the banquet began. Unexpectedly, he ran into Liu Jia, who was in the kitchen stealing food. The two accidentally fell into the water, and while underwater, they unintentionally kissed. Liu Jiaβs true identity was revealed, and Xiao Ren Yan developed feelings for her. Reflecting on the situation, General Liu realized that it was unfair to keep Liu Jia hidden, so when war broke out, he took her to the borderlands to raise her.
I like the FL, I think she's lively and adorable. I love when she drifted towards the osmanthus cakes the ML offer her haha. The ML, as always, did not disappoint. It's a fast and decent watch. ππ
I love this...like I love it when FL is in power and on that super natural or fantasy figure with everything circles…
Because she has a backer of course β¨π Isn't that just how our world is? Incompetent politicians who has strong backings still walking free when they are clearly ruining the people and the country. π
Da on pissing me off so bad. I thought he is gonna help with her...this is her job. Men always have to ruin things...Seeing…
Wdym? He is a police. That is his job, too. Police should caught criminals and brought justice. If the murderer just died like that without a conclusion, how would they explain to the victim's family? How would the victim's family live with that? They don't even know how the murder happen, it's just like unresolved cases. Every bad deeds should be punished, both in this world and later in the underworld.
Maybe he would help Bitna later, but did you expect him to change his perspective quickly? He didn't have the reason to, moreover he didn't know why Bitna do it. Killing a murderer, is still a murder. Why would he help her for now?
Ergh I just saw the trailer on Douyin, looks like its another trying to get close to one another, betrayal. misunderstanding…
Thank you. Actually, I'm not really fond of republican dramas, except when it has my fave actors in there--in which like I said before, have traumatic experiences. π
However, if I'm in the mood of watching some of it, I'll be sure to check that one out. π
I loved the second couple from NGNL even more than the main leads. Itβs disappointing when a couple you loved…
Can't agree more! In NGNL, when people commented that Jayeon is better with Hajun, I did not agree because she looks more lovely and bound with Bokgyu. That's why I'm excited to watch them on SUOL.
However, I'm more excited watching the real Hajun as KHJ here. His looks and how he brought the character felt more enticing.

Yeah, the ML always dies, worse if the ML was the one more devoted into the relationship while the naive FL lives :[[
That's the reason I watched mini dramas too haha. Some long dramas took nearly middle half of the drama for the leads to kiss, while some short dramas already started with steamy scenes from episode 1. :DD

I don't think I've ever watched any republican dramas that has no heavy conflict. They basically like... banging your father's mother or your brother's fiance :"DDD

They are just insensitive tone deaf people, so better ignoring them.
