It might be a huge impact for his recovery, but in real life, it could be anyone! Anyone can be a helper for a stranger and they would never met again until they die, not everything would ended up as love! I might remind you, it's a different occasion from their 'first meeting' as a teenager because that time Xu Lai would already know the term of loving someone.

It's not just this drama, but almost every romance drama that I've watched always have this troupe. Love when meeting for the first time as an adult exist too, in fact it might have a bigger percentage than meeting first as a child.

Right now, I will just ignore it and watch how it will play off...

Agreed because most ML on sageuk dramas I encounter are royal family, while bodyguard always be SML. I'm really happy when there's something hinting that KS is watchman, like finally some that won from royal family ML! But nvm, turns out it was like that. I'm disappointed. Anyway I choose to stay, and quite happy because ML give the throne to his brother. 🙂

No lie that I expecting steamy kisses from this drama because of the YT clip which shows their kiss on first ep and the Director's two past works that I've watched (AFS & TKIAR) have such deep steamy kisses! Ahh such a waste on that... 😔
