But, court lady Won said when the five of them together, that their place now is better than the children's past village(?) I forgot the name. That past village is the village where the court lady Won lives after found out that her family is on better condition. So I assume she knows them first when she lives there and adopt them when she is together with the eunuch. She also said something like "now we are all family", so yeah they are adopted. Sorry if you find it confusing, I'm suck at explaining things... :D

Well, the girl's clothes is from royal family as stated by Min Woo, so we can assume she is Sorang-King's daughter. While Min Woo said that his father told him not to be friend with girl because it will be the start of a tragedy (we can assume it based on Shinwon's experience by befriending Sorang that ended up a tragedy--he didn't get her).
