To those who read the novel, is there gonna be a romance in this ?

They gave enough screen time to the 2nd leads story, it a few minutes on the earlier episodes the gradually gave them a lot on the end. Love the fact too that they had their own setting far from the leads on the later eps

I enjoyed this much more than LOTFG, don't get me wrong both are great drama but Shadow Love was more my taste. The chemistry between the leads and 2nd leads, the pacing of the story everything.

Yeah I also don't like the part where he made Mumu think that Lightning was lost, as a fur mom that hurt me. Hopefully they'll change that part in the drama.

Bai Lu was dubbed in TTEOM? I really thought it was her own voice, like she dubbed herself. Her voice in that drama is really similar to her real voice.

IKR?! Sucks for them for not including this. It was one of the most important scene in the novel as LR was so scared for PWX and she was so angry and aggravated at SRQ that she slapped the hell out of him and said this monologue.

Yes. he hired some killers. Then LR arrived and SRQ plans change into defending PWX and abandoning the killers. PWX saw the change and told one of LR's guard push him to be stab by killers, LR saw PWX getting stabbed then she slaps the hell out of SRQ after PWX "fainted" in her arms but he was only acting . This scene was my fave as it was intense and hilarious at the same.

This part in the novel was more intense than what they have done in the drama. In the novel she basically said "I will hate you for the rest of my life. When the time comes, I will personally drag you to the guillotine and cut your neck open bit by bit. Then, I will dismember your body into a thousand pieces and burn you to ashes. Then, I will scatter the ashes into different rivers and feed them to the fishes! I want your bones to be destroyed, and you will never be reincarnated. You will forever be in the sea of suffering. " Wished this and the slap should've been included.

While reading the novel, the scene where LR slaps SRQ was my fave, actually the whole assassination scene is and I was really looking forward to see it in tthe drama but it seems that we won't be getting any of that in based on the trailer.

OMG yes, so tired of how they have written SRQ's character. While reading the novel I imagined a more furious LR but it seems were not getting that as well.

The amount of tension this scene has in the novel was just everything. The way LR reacted when she saw PWX was stabbed and her slapping SRQ was sooo satisfying then knowing it was all an act by PWX to get stabbed was hilarious as well. But it seems we won't be able to see that based on the trailer.

OMG yes! I think this is when PWX broke into Wang's mansion and SRQ was there who then arrested PWX? Hopefully they will as this is one of my fave scene's in the novel, it was a hilarious scene as well.

I'm loving this series so far, never watched a series and read it's novel at the same. They got me hooked! I don't get the hate LR is having though, like what do you want her to do? She has trust issues due to their past life as they had a lot of misunderstanding. I know PWX deserves better treatment from the FL but have you considered what she had gone through as well? Both were at fault.

LR just need a little push and were already seeing it on the recent episodes. So far they are closely following the novel so let's just wait.

You're totally right! People were complaining that LR was too cold or did not care about PWX feelings, she was just protecting her self and scared due to their past. They had a lot of misunderstandings before which resulted to her trust issues. They should read the novel as the way LR is right now, she is more indecisive there.
