At first i found sister's behavior very rude but if FL caused thier father's death i kinda understand her. And…
I feel like Hayoung is mean to Hani not only because she has indirectly caused their father's death but also it seems she is letting out her resentment and jealousy toward her for always stealing the limelight during their youth. I find it hilarious how Hani was the alpha over Hayoung in the past, but the roles have reversed.
At first, I thought 17-year-old Hani was just a spiritual manifestation like in the Chinese movie "Suddenly Seventeen", not the real thing from 2000. So yep I became pretty concerned about the effects on 37-year-old Hani's timeline when her 17-year-old counterpart goes back to her year.
Young Ha Ni's cell phone displays D-100, i think it's the time she spent in future.
I'm curious about what'll happen to the timeline after 17-year-old Ban Hani goes back to 2000. If she goes through her own share of growing up then the events will change as she'll know how to change her life. Additionally, I wonder if she can prevent her father's passing upon her return because technically she left before the accident.
So, after I saw the cast list. Ha Young (Hani's sister) married Chi Soo (a guy who give a love letter to Hani…
According to his profile, Sungwoo will develop a crush on 17-year-old Hani. On one hand, I think it'd be hilarious because I want to see how Sungwoo changes from a highly pragmatic thinker to a sentimentalist. On the other hand, the set-up feels iffy because it's I N C E S T
I prefer the term "weathered" because she is a character who has gone through a lot emotionally and professionally and has lost self-love and the motivation to live her life to the fullest, and those points are reflected in her appearance.
Btw, Jang Ki Yong and Lee Soo Hyuk cameos almost went unnoticed by me. I barely recognized them and had to rewind…
Jang Kiyong and Lee Soohyuk were so natural in their cameos XD I almost passed them too without recognizing them, but then I realized the camera seems to strangely fixate on them, and then I was like "wait a minute" lol
Kim Young-kwang and his character's father have hilarious chemistry! It feels like I'm looking at a competition of who can pull funny faces better :DDD
Okay please don't be mad this is just my opinion but I find the younger version of Ban Ha Ni annoying. I'm not…
I agree with you. The 17-year-old Ban Ha-ni's character is entitled and spoiled, so she comes off as bratty (and I think that's the point), and I find it funny how even her 37-year-old counterpart gets annoyed by her lol Consequently, I feel like the purpose of the teenager's trip to 2021 is not only for her adult self to retrieve her self-confidence but also for the former to learn to grow up and sincerely care about the people in her surroundings because from what I see she takes feelings lightly and uses people to her own advantage.
Kkotnimi is so cute!! I found it hilarious how the Victory crew was so terrified of her even though she appeared pretty harmless kekeke (she reminded me of Boo from Monsters, Inc.). Another aspect I liked about the film is its foray into transgender through the character of the robot Bubs. She identified as female, and while I didn't feel she was really female in spite of some indications, but I think in the end what the writers probably wanted to show is that Bubs IS female even though she might not explicitly show it, and her gender is not her personality. Toward the end of the movie, I was curious how she will look like as a gynoid and it didn't disappoint :)) It was a nice touch that they kept Yoo Hae-jin's infectious voice even after the transformation to show the actor's presence at the film's conclusion.
Lol what kind of a boyfriend makes his girlfriend the subject of Internet mockery in order for her to become a housewife?? I know there are manipulative boyfriends in real life but this is just too outlandish.
I bet she is expensive as hell but it doesn't looks like she squander all the budget to herself, the quality looks…
I read that Zhang Ziyi is one of the producers and investors of the drama, so most of the drama's budget woudn't have gone to her casting fees. But yeah I do respect that she didn't go for the typical drama route of using too much filters and bright light, and the casting seems decent. Perhaps it's due to her background as a film actor and working with directors known for their artistic vision, the drama's cinematography is more like a movie's.
I LOVE jisoo's look here! even sohyun's, I'm really bored of the pretty flower boy historicals xD
Yep Ji Soo looks like a real man at a historical time. I like how the make-up artists gave him a growing beard because it shows that his character is a young adult.
