this show didn't build Din at all for me to care about him... they built mr Lue and for what ? for him to not…
What do you mean. Lue was Dinn this whole time so the one being built up WAS Dinn, not Lue. The real Lue was never even alive at any point in this show so how was he built up? 😅
People defending the lack of a kiss are missing the point. The REAL problem is not that the kiss is not there, it's why the kiss is not there. And the reason why the kiss is not there is very simple. It's homophobia. Be it from the Korean culture, the fans, the production company, the actors or whatever it is, the only reason there wasn't a single kiss in this show is because homophobia exists in one or more points in the chain. If this was a show about a straight couple in the same situation, there would be at least one kiss, 100% guaranteed.
Also, the REAL REAL problem here is that the 2 last episodes were very lackluster and did not live up to the quality of what came before. Very disappointing for this show to end like this.
everyones complaining about the lack of a kiss scene but it might have been deliberate since both leads are in…
Then they needed to cast someone else. The lack of kissing, specially in episode 7 felt so contrived and unnatural it kinda ruined the whole finale. 🤷🏻♂️
Absolutely THE WORST BL I've ever watched and yes, I'm including Check Out and Oh My Sunshine Night.
This has no redeeming qualities whatsoever. Directing is terrible. Editing is terrible. Production is terrible. Acting is terrible. Music is terrible. Translation is terrible. Story could be interesting if realized properly. Jack O'Frost is doing the same basic premise only much better.
I honestly cannot understand how this is scoring about an 8 at the time of writing. It must be an elaborate joke right?
I mean, if a production company can put such little fucking effort and talent in a series and still get this kind of score... I guess we get what we deserve.
TinTemJaiEp2 TLDR: Intro. Pointless scene. Pointless scene. Pointless scene with a child. Pointless scene with several children. Pointless scene. Pointless scene. Pointless scene with product placement. Pointless scene. Pointless scene. Pointless scene. Pointless scene. The end.
Holy shit, the writing got even worse this episode! Why was Nueng home alone in the middle of the night? Where were his bodyguards? And where were his bodyguards in the last scene? Dude, your uncle is trying to kill you, you should be surrounded by bodyguards AT ALL TIMES! And when Chopper pulled a gun on his dad...! 😂 Girl, what was the plan here? 🙄 Now that his mum is awake, does Nueng have ANY executive powers to sign away to his uncle? At least we got some good acting from the leads in one scene. I guess that's something...
I don't understand the negative comments I've been reading. It's like they are nitpicking anything they can criticize…
I never seen Perth act in anything before this and only saw Chimon in a couple very tiny secondary roles before. I did see Pond and Phuwin in FUTS and though their acting was pretty bad there. I dothink they're slightly better in NLMG but not much. That to say I'm in no way a Perth/Chimon stan but it is so obvious they are the better actors in this that I don't understand how anyone can say otherwise to be quite honest.
Well this wasn't a great start. The dubious-or-non-existant-consent-one-night-stand story has been done a million times before but apparently we're still doing it. Add to that the mediocre directing and absolutely awful editing and it was all just a big mess. This was a 40min episode that felt like 2 hours. I'll check the next episode but I really don't have high hopes.
Are we watching the same show?
The real Lue was never even alive at any point in this show so how was he built up? 😅
Ken did cry at the bridge.
Also Sai cried literally ALL episode 😅
This show wasn't great to begin with but this episode was terrible! 😩

For some reason I watched the whole OMSN, I won't be doing the same here. I'm done!

What is happening? Are people alright?! 💀
Whoever's doing makeup for this needs to be fired though... 😬
Can't wait for episode 4!

I'm glad there's only one episode left. 😩
