Well, he's pushy and self-centered. Also very fickle and aloof in his relationships with no regard for other people's feelings. To say nothing of the fact he trespassed on a private property like it was nothing and involved his friend in the act. People like him really rub me the wrong way. Hopefully there will be some character growth going forward.
Really enjoyed this series! This kind of romantic, fluffy, low stakes BL is like catnip to me. Junior is a standout for me, love him!
Biggest problem with the series: wtf happend with the side couple? Calling them an afterthought is being generous. they had SO little screen time and their story never went anywhere... the actors were really cute together too... what the heck happened?! 😭
This was a very pleasant surprise since it came out of nowhere for me. Really liked the first episode. The pacing is a bit wonky and the actors are still a bit green but overall it was really good!

The first few episodes were SO BAD!! But I'm so glad I didn't drop the series altogether because now I cannot wait for the next episode! The writing has gotten a lot better and even some of the actors are doing a better job now. But mostly, Ta and Barcode are just gold! I really hope they can get another project together after DFF...
People are mostly upset because this is such a tired trope.
It's not the break-up per se, it's the obligatory break up on the penultimate episode followed by a time skip and reconciliation on the final episode. It happens all the time in BL. it's a tired old trope and feels lazy and cheap and this series deserved better. That's why a lot of people are annoyed.
So one of them gets a opportunity to work abroad, that somehow leads them to break-up, we have a time skip, they get back together... mmmm... we're really doing this again? I'm so tired...😩
