Kanade’s coworkers really annoyed me in ep 4 lol, but ep 5 making them his friends to talk about his problems with was really cute!! i always hate it when BLs make the only female characters insufferable, I’m relieved that the girls and Mashiro’s grandma came off better this ep. idgaf about the “fish kiss” — Mashiro as a visual and as a character is so hot and he looked so hot in that scene, ntm Kanade was so cuteee!! 😭 my favorite ep so far 💞

this is the first time i’ve heard someone say this! about ten years back i remember people complaining about how every gay movie was about gloomy as fuck and all about homophobia, we begged for brainless happy queer romance like this. still i’ll say that this show, like every Hallmark movie, is bad. it could’ve been brainless and happy and good, like many other bls, but it was bad 😭

the solution being “just talk to him” only works for Bawoo, because Hoon DOES talk and he’s constantly asking Bawoo to communicate the problem, but Bawoo refuses. Hoon was never going to find out if he didn’t read the diary. ever since Hoon literally asked Bawoo if he liked him and Bawoo lied to his face and said no, i can’t blame anyone but Bawoo.

Bawoo pisses me off as usual, but Hamin pissed me off too this episode. aren’t they just bullying Ji Hoon at this point? they’re acting like he did something wrong for not responding to Bawoo’s crush properly when Bawoo has never even told him about the crush!! he’s so sweet and he would never hurt Bawoo on purpose, but Bawoo keeps doing that to him and allows Hamin to talk about him and treat him like that too. i’ll honestly be upset if they sweep this under the rug in the final episodes. Hoon deserves to get mad at Bawoo at least once.

seriously. i want him to be happy more than anyone, he’s so tragic

i cried this ep over Jihoon. he loves Bawoo so much and Bawoo won't stop being mean to him. that helpless feeling of not being able to force someone to stay close to you... i want the cutest, most romantic and happiest ending ever for him!! my pobrecito 😭

it’s my first time watching a romance genre with this tiny an amount of romance actually in it. i’ve watched BLs that didn’t have a kiss in them before, or BLs with barely there kisses and fish kisses, but at least the rest of the shows gave me something to go by. watching this was like eating plain dry lettuce, and half of the lettuce leaves are wilted. i kept watching until the end because i was waiting for a cute, heart-fluttering confession that made it all worth is, but no 😭 what was the point of them still being apart for that much time between Heesu and Seungwon’s confessions? i got so annoyed and disappointed…

i’m so surprised it seems like not that many people are enjoying the episodes? this is my favorite BL that’s been on in a while. i just cried for the first time watching Hoon get rejected and seeing his backstory. Bawoo and Hoon are a pair that i can’t stop rooting for because they obviously both love each other so much, isn’t it adorable? they’re best friends who are in love and they’re trying to find their ways to each other. they’re so cute and i love them??

People who survive friends like this deserve financial compensation. I’ve had two friendships like this and lost my mind after both of them 😭

i loved this episode but it half felt like Seungwon was bullying Jiyoo 😭😭 i hope he fixes things with her soon, i felt so bad for her this episode 😭 and it was funny how Seungwon looked like he’d never even thought about Chanyoung’s feelings before and did not care about him at all 🤣🤣

no one in this show so far has a functioning brain. it’s really funny and cute and i will be impatiently waiting for ep 3 🥰

if you’re not holding a grudge against Chanyoung and Jiyoo for being straight, you’ll notice that this was their cutest episode! Chanyoung is so much better as a clingy loverboy than as the popular kid or when he’s being gloomy about tennis. it was also nice to see a bit more of Chanyoung’s affection for Heesu as a friend, but imo their friendship is still severely lacking in substance to me. i’m not mad about the “filler” in this episode! i got a little bored, but it was cute to watch Heesu flounder around while Seungwon was patient and kind. and the end was super sweet!!

episode five spends more time on my favorite character, Seungwon! i love learning more about him: his family, his friendship with Jiyoo, what the inside of his house looks like. i even liked watching Seungwon get dressed for the movies, he’s so cute and likeable. i really like the combinations of characters this episode - Heesu, Seungwon, and Jiyoo as a trio, Seungwon with Heesu and his sisters, and of course all the alone time Heesu and Seungwon had! i still am not a fan of Chanyoung or Chanyoung’s relationship with Jiyoo, i feel like Jiyoo is so much more interesting when she’s not with him. but anyways, this was my favorite episode so far! 😸

i can only find this show on disney/hulu English dubbed. does anyone know where i can watch it in the Korean audio? :(

boring episode for those who aren’t interested in Chanyoung, which i am not 😭 i like Jiyoo, but the amount of time spent on Chanyoung and Jiyoo this episode was annoying, i skipped a lot of it… Seungwon remains my favorite. he’s so cute and interesting, i love watching how he interacts with Heesu and his friendship with Jiyoo, and the parts of this episode that focus on Heesu and Seungwon were really cute 🥺🥺💗 i’m excited to learn more about the anonymous messages Heesu’s been getting and the carrot juice. i’m once again complimenting the writing of Heesu’s sisters as interesting characters, although it feels like Chanyoung and Jiyoo were added in as an afterthought. i’m saying all of this as someone who hasn’t read the manhwa, too! if it doesn’t get better i’m going to end up just skipping all of the boring scenes 😭

from the first two episodes, i wasn’t expecting episode three to make me cry? Seungwon is so precious to me, i need to see him happy IMMEDIATELY! also, wtf do you mean Seungwon isn’t Carrot Juice?? i wasn’t expecting that at all, i don’t have any possible guesses about who it could be. This episode made me like Jiyoo more, especially when she’s talking to Seungwon, but Chanyoung still infuriates me. i hope he becomes more likeable in the future, because for now i can’t stand him 😭😭

Ep 2- I liked it! I’m not the biggest fan of Chanyoung’s side couple, mostly because the chemistry isn’t great and i’m way more invested in Heesu to care about other things. So far I like Hosik and the girl who has a crush on him, though! And I’m not getting 2nd male lead syndrome at all, Seungwon is so cute and charming and perfect. I will be counting down the days till episode 3!!

main character is gay, there’s a boy he has a crush on and a different boy who has a crush on him. there’s a straight side couple, but it’s definitely a BL!
