I really enjoyed and was impressed with Seo Hyun Jin's performance.

The Beauty Inside is the most poorly written drama I have ever seen. I want to remember this writer so I never accidentally watch anything else she has ever touched.

Great review! The title of this show should be Misery, as that is what I felt watching the first episode and a half before fast forwarding through the next and then giving up all together.

I wasn't questioning the fact that there is abuse in Korea, but rather the amateurish manner in which it was depicted. Such cartoonish depictions undermine the true nature of abuse.

Yeah, I reported that myself so people can choose for themselves to take my review seriously or not.

I will echo FTLOD and say that was a beautifully written review. It very much reflected my own experience as well, though I was mostly successful at ignoring the music. Like you I would rank show a 9.0 and but if not for the music a 9.5.

However, it leaves so much still unexplained and unexplored. Why did happen, etc. Even he doesn't think back and reflect on it.

No matter how many Kdramas I watch I will never be able to comprehend how societal pressures in Korea work, or how they can blow up something so trivial and human into such an unbelievably tragic ending. I am crushed.

Rediculous take on My Mister. My Mister was not a romance between the two leads. He rescues the female lead and rebukes any attempt by her to seduce him.
