Article 5 Healing Dramas Recommendations
I've also noticed this trend and I honestly think the these shows help me heal a little bit. Just Between Lovers and Come and Hug Me, which are both such beautiful sad loves. I just finished Kill Me, Heal Me and it was so good, it portrays a psychiatric disorder like DID in a way not often seen in shows. A lot of shows with characters that have schizophrenia and DID end up dehumanizing trauma and daily struggles, but 'healing' dramas really show how important compassion and understanding is for people to cope in a healthy way.
