right and jbz has already completed his revenge meanwhile mingyi is just starting. Her life is still at stake as she knows someone out there wanted her dead. I feel like we dont give enough credit on just how hard it would be for mingyi to truly feel comfortable loving and trusting someone too bcus she had to hide the basic part of herself - her identity her whole life while her own mother abused and manipulated her before abandoning her. the only people who even knew her gender was 27 and her mother. even tho jbz was abused too he is able to have a bit more faith as he had previously experienced kindness after getting out of the sunken abyss by his master.

i hate to say it but he is in fact still alive as of ep 29. Im sure by the end of the drama he will be tho!

Yeah same i need her to teach some of these people a good lesson. i think we will finally get to see it the last 6 episodes. It's a spoiler but she only just got cured.

i agree that he fell first but i think that they both had already fallen for each other before xunmings illusion. Also i dont think he fell first bcus of loneliness and lack of meaningful love because mingyi also was lonely and abused and lacked love. I think he fell first because he was more trusting as despite his horrible upbringing he had already felt a type of love and good human quality from being saved by his master. Meanwhile mingyi's only experience of that was 27, her master and more recently zhang tai but those people could not help her out of her situation nor could she trust any but 27 on her real identity. Her family manipulated and abused her and tho jbz was abused too he had already learned to trust someone when his master showed him kindness. All mingyi ever knew how to do was hide to survive she did not know trust but jbz trusted his master and jbz did not have to worry about his identity

Does anyone know why mingyi is going to that tea event thing in ep 29? I havent watched 27 and 28 yet. Is she going as a warrior like they know shes powerful now or is she just there as jbz wife

Situ ling kinda starting to dress like jbz.....Coincidence after watching those 2 trailers I think not! someone get him out and away from queen mingyi. Those of you who actually like him still need to rethink. I've hated him since like ep 16 and im not ashamed to admit that. Yes he kept her identity a secret but he is too far gone now even mingyi ahs been feeling more and more uncomfy around him. And tell me why is he force feeding her some crazy potio?? I hope whatever it does to mess with her brain JBZ figures it out. Having second lead syndrome for situ ling would actually be insane
