she was left alone for 15 years , then parents show up and want a perfect daughter but she is not the ideal daughter they want (someone like her cousin yang yang ) . her mother become very aggressive with her . she start teaching Css cousin and not her own daughter when her daughter needs more education , scold and comparing her all the time. Css herself said that her mother is not a mother figure to her although she is her mother. she does not accept her as who she is. on the other hand, the queen was the one who taught her whatever her mother wanted to teach her by first understanding and loving her and then trying to teach her. Css wants her mothers understanding and affection, but her mother always compared her, scold her , underestimated her and she is cold towards Css . until the day Css abandon her (Ep 51), then her mom realized she was wrong .Css saw the queen as mother figure not her own mom .

hope another good drama come out soon cause i can't stop rewatching this drama ...ending wasn't satisfying for me . im stuck for now

end of ep 51 was really sad , she only has sad memory with her mom . she abandon her mom and her fiance at the same time. that's really painful

this drama is really dark .

yeah.. i actually was happy for them cause for the first time she admit she need help in a cute way to him but so many was blaming her character....

i think part 2 needs more episodes . from the trailer, they still together until ep 49-50 . even though so much happening in just one episode , it seems the ending will be rushed .

he knew the truth and endured the pain all this time alone. then he falls in love but makes a mistake and doesnt let his lover know the truth and hides it till the end and he lost her ( thanks god in this drama ,they have a happy ending ). thats just so sad about Lby character.

ep 41 , Css said : we will never be an unhappy couple like your parents , to Lby
and Lby said : actually , they are not an unhappy couple and when she asked what
he answerd : nothing
so he knows he is not the real LBY , right? he remember his real parents and everything that happened .that make more sense why he is so obsessed with the revenge and cant let go

exactly my thoughts . he keep saying that she is the one who doesn't trust him and in the same time, he hide and schemes a lot . he doesn't even try to explain things to her, even though he is the one put her in great danger (living in the palace and deal with people) . Css love is more real to me than him . she taking her time to fall in love ,understand him and grow for herself and him . that 5 years separation, give them both time to grow and understanding especially to Lby.

I have never been so impatient for anything. Why did I start this drama when it's still airing? Why why why why why why... I ask myself this every week

why so many suddenly hate CSS character ? like didnt yall watch s1. the whole season was about her perspective ,actions and choices... she just do whatever she wants without thinking about the consequence. she is stubborn and smart ( not wise ). her mom tried to train her in her own hard and wrong way which wasn't successful. now she is in the palace and doing the same thing. she doesn't care about the after (that's the part that she grows later). if she can help the people that she cares , she do it immediately . and if someone try hurt her or people she loves , she take revenge immediately . in the s1 ,problem mostly was in family so it wasn't so dangerous , but in palace it's different . this drama is about a smart teenager who doesn't care about consequence and do whatever she wants , to grow and become wise and adult .

yeah and i was thinking , her character can be so dark . the way she use her intelligence at her age , could be even more dangerous for the throne in the future .if you think about that ,her husband is the adopted son of emperor, is a general and has army.

same . i can't even watch other lusi dramas ...lol

its so dumb if they choose not to air part 2 next week . this drama now on fire and if they choose to delay it , people go watch another drama (for example immortal samsara , have such great actors and popular story) . marketing wise , it's just dumb to delay it .

can we have less CSS mom screen time in part 2 plz . i can't stand her . my blood pressure goes up just by seeing her face........ and when she speak , i actually throw fists into the air....
