can someone tell me how bad the "sexual violence references" are? is it literally just references or super triggering…
there are 2 recreations i remember, neither are graphic and don't show any sexual actions, but it could still be triggering for you. one is a woman held at knifepoint who gets away, but the other is an actual implied assault. it cuts off before anything sexual happens at all and is only like 10 seconds long, but it's still a bit uncomfortable. if you're easily triggered by those scenes then i would advise caution, but if you're OK as long as it doesn't actually show it happening then you should be fine to watch it

i couldn't help but laugh a bit when she said he had amnesia lol. thankfully though it ended up being focused more on the physical rehab side, which was a lot more interesting

that was my immediate thought when i saw him open his eyes in the episode preview 😠it would make it the 4th ongoing drama i'm watching this season that has amnesia as a main plot point, so i'm really hoping it doesn't go that route

yeah this is my thing too and honestly what i expected when she was talking about how she hadn't answered yet. i thought she was going to end up rejecting his proposal and leaving him for masaki (which is still kinda messed up but nowhere near as bad lol). i was not expecting her to say yes, accept the ring, put it on, and then kiss masaki anyway???????
you can't even make the argument that he pressured her into saying yes by proposing in front of her mom because of how much time she had to tell him no or that she wasn't sure yet. (a good time would have been on the way to her mom's or something)
episode 2 and i'm already feeling bad for takashi who's about to get cheated on. sorry bro but you only got a 5 minute flashback where you barely spoke to her and the other guy got the entire pilot dedicated to him, it just wasn't meant to be 😔
