you should definitely drop it then, the sound effects are basically a character (and make complete sense with…
The reason I think background music especially plays an important role here is because my silly man Khun Thee thinks he is in a lakorn and you know what's always present there ??? background music. it elevates the dialogues and the reactions, as well as the acting where no dialogue is spoken. I, too usually have issues with background sound because it's too distracting but I think me and thee wouldn't be as funny if not for the sound. and you will get used to it!!
I want to watch this, but since it's so hyped ...It's rather perverted/toxic or cheesy/lakorn-style. Never seen…
it's definitely worth the hype, i literally started reading the novel after finishing the latest episode. it's atmospheric and has good acting and cinematography. also it's neither perverted/toxic or cheesy/lakorn. everyone that worked on this series clearly put in a lot of effort, so I hope in place of judging via the comments, you will see and judge it.
I had a blast watching this drama. the pace was good, everything was explained, chemistry between mls was fire and their faith and loyalty towards each other was heartwarming. the acting was obviously amazing (as you can tell from the lineup). Definitely deserves more than the mdl rating. now that it's on Netflix, I hope more people will watch it and rating will increase. For me it was: 8.5 ⭐
what a solid drama!! absolutely loved the characters, the pacing and the acting. i need more nam joohyuk playing diabolical characters, he absolutely killed it.
this is surprisingly a good drama. I just decided to watch it because it promises a good laugh and that's wat I got and more. i really liked how the characters are written and their relationships. The characters felt mature even with their funny actions. I really liked how the conflict was actually a real conflict and not a stupid misunderstanding that got dragged. like the writers really did well with them all. i expected a fun fest and was preparing myself for characters that I would find cringe but damn I was surprised. everyone should give it a try. it's not a masterpiece but it's worth watching. 💓
I just finished ep 17 and even though I haven't completed it yet and my opinion might change later but can I just say this season is a BANGER???? it's sooo good!! honestly for me, it's even better than s1 and I didn't even think that was possible. I love the direction they chose for this season. Each case has a story to tell and I love that so much. Tbh, I finished s1 and immediately started s2 but I don't think I can even recall half of the cases of s1 because those were so straight-cut and i was mostly focused on shen yi and du cheng and their cute found family. but this season made cry and connect and I don't I will forget the people and their stories for a long time and i think that's wat I like the most about this season. Also- PHENOMENONAL ACTING.
don't worry you will like him soon enough, he stays mad at him for like 2 eps and then starts to understand him…
to party right?? all that drama about hating socializing just for him to get all dressed up because shen yi is there.
accompanying a lonely and doubting shen yi, drinking his champagne and having a heart-to-heart. the more I see these moments, the more I remember how much du cheng couldn't stand him. it makes me very happy.
Just started watching this. I really don’t like the Du Cheng. He’s acting like some self righteous prick!…
don't worry you will like him soon enough, he stays mad at him for like 2 eps and then starts to understand him and like him. it's honestly cute how attached he gets.
this was was a 10 for me but the only reason I gave it 9.5 was because of the last scene. i genuinely do not think the father deserves any redemption arc or a second chance especially since they didn't even show him apologizing to all the people he hurt. I get the need for closure for all the characters but not him, he doesn't even deserve that.
there isn't any love triangle from what I remember.
It does sort of continue from the previous one but the main cast (doctors) is different. I would say you can easily start from the 2nd season if you just read a summary of the first one. It will just give enough context to not frustrate you when something is talked about from the previous season. Tbh I actually had only watched like 4 eps of season 1 before starting this one, and I didn't feel like I was not in on the loop.
important question...does this have a found family trope? I just finished memorist and i really want to watch something with found family and friendship.
can I just say this is the most emotionally draining but one of the most amazing thriller kdrama I have ever watched. everything about this drama is masterpiece. the acting OMG THE ACTING 🤌, the music score, the plot, everything.
anyone wondering whether to watch, definitely give it a try but you should be mentally be prepared for it to consume you.
y'all this drama is sooo GOOD. I just got done with ep 37 and its just keeps getting interesting. the way I haven't been able to put my phone down since ep 1. the drama is like a speeding train that has no rest stops and nothing will stop it's pace till it reaches the destination. I want to reach the destination but it's really a pity that I need sleep.
Definitely deserves more than the mdl rating. now that it's on Netflix, I hope more people will watch it and rating will increase.
