OH my... finding myself watching some nice scenes again waiting for Sunday, and finding myself analyzing every…
I usually skip the opening song after a few episodes, but not this drama. When it's the last part of the song "I don't deserve to be forgiven...", I find myself get teary eyes every time. My heart aches for KML so much.
Tian Yu is indeed childish. But I like the fact that he genuinely cares about her and some of his thinking is quite wise too. I hope the ML's mother changes for the better before our main couple get into a serious relationship. If not, the FL would just suffer from another mean mother-in-law.
The whole Huang family is annoying and embarrassing! Huang Ruo Yun's so jalouse she ruined the cake her "friend" worked so hard for. From her behaviors, I suspect Tian Yu's breakups with his past girlfriends may be instigated by her.
Wish she gets more projects as FL. She did a really good job and I liked her a lot in all 3 dramas of hers that I have watched (The Love by Hypnotic, Sparkle Love, and Cute Bodyguard). Very natural actress, with pretty smile ^^
They were photographed together around the end of last year (bringing her to dinner with his parents, moving things in the parking lot of his apartment). And the other days, BJT was seen going in and coming out of her apartment while she was away. But they haven't come out to confirm anything.
Finished this with disappointment. The first 10 episodes were actually enjoyable, but it went downhill afterwards. The editing is obviously bad and confusing... And I some parts of the story annoys me (quite a lot), like Lu Guang Han's excessive obsession with Gu Qiao Bei, the introduction of Zhao Jing Xing as Han Jing Mo's love rival, etc,... They could have dedicated more screentime for Lu Wan Wan and Han Jing Mo's filming / acting works (the second film storyline seems interesting) or add more intense fighting scenes in the game.
This is better and more enjoyable than I thought. I really like the beautiful shots and the OSTs. The fighting scenes are interesting too (I wish there were more). The main couple is cute together, although the FL is a bit too childish for my taste (the way she speaks annoys me a bit sometimes). And, I like the BTS they put at the end of episode.
P.S. Bi Wenjun is really adorable in this one. His head looks so round, so soft and adorable! >///<
Ehh I dunno. I like Chen Yuqi but her character here is completely useless, it's very frustrating to watch.
Thanks for saving my time. I may consider watching this after I finish my (super long) to-watch dramas list. Plus, Luo Yunxi's other costume drama "Till the end of the moon" will air soon anyway...
Finally, I finished this drama. It's a great and interesting drama overall. I love the cinematography, setting,…
Now it's time for my rant. LOL I'm utterly disappointed with Sui Yi's decision to leave Chu Feng in the last episode. Although she said they would separate only temporary not breaking up, the timing was not right. How could you leave your loved one after he went through all of that,.. when you knew full well how wounded he was internally, how lonely he had been, and how much he would blame himself for everything that happened?!! She may not want to be his burden and to watch him in pain looking after her, but still... leaving him at that time is too cruel. It must be pretty hard Chu Feng to try to live on, alone, with only the hope of his girlfriend and best friend returning to his side. I don't think I'm strong enough to do that if I were him. TT TT
Finally, I finished this drama. It's a great and interesting drama overall. I love the cinematography, setting, and of course the soundtracks! I have been listening to the OSTs every day for months already. The dynamic between the trio is very fun to watch.
On the downside, the addition of Xiao An is not as interesting as I expected (or I can say "boring"?). Her character doesn't add anything special to the story and her chemistry with the trio is mediocre. She could be just a passerby in the story, no need to make her Robin's girlfriend at all. Someone more loveable and brighter would be much better as Robin's love interest...
After Sweet Teeth, this drama makes me like Bi Wenjun more and more... Although there is still room for improvement, but I like his acting overall. Hime having good chemistry and looking good with all of his leading ladies is a plus for me. Sun Yihan is pretty, and I think she has potentials. Her look is quite unique, and I like it. I will certainly check out her works in the future.
It had potential, unfortunately it fell flat. Too dragged and too many antagonists' scenes.
What kept my watching till the end is the ML and the dad. Our ML's life was too pitiful, and he did so so much for the FL I wanted to see him getting the deserved happiness. The dad was very understanding and supportive, even in their complicated situation. It could've ended as a drama that gave you warmth and hope, but no! What happed to the dad in the end was totally unnecessary. It made me so mad!
Why does this drama cannot be aired? I'm very much interested in this one because all the posters they released so far look so stunning... and also because of Kevin Yan! He looks so exquisite and charming (especially in suites), and he is a good actor.

Definitely looking forward to this one!
