Watched up to EP8. It is very enjoyable, and they have nice cinematography too. Both ML & FL personalities are likable. As much as the ML wants to drive our FL out of the company, he quickly softens at the sight of here seemingly teary eyes / sad face. It's cute!!
Should I watch this ? I really want to watch this for Luo Yunxi cuz his acting is good and he looks so charming in ancient costume. I just don't feel Yuqi's acting yet (have tried watching her dramas with Hu Yitian, Linyi & Wang Hedi and still not finished any until now).
Just watched EP1. Still don't have much opinion on the storyline. But I love the cinematography.... Xu Ruo Han is very pretty & adorable. And, Jerry is looking good (and hot) here.
This is really amazing!! I didn't know I'd love this show this much! Great production and excellent acting. Zhao Jinmai, my baby girl, is such a talented young actress. I've became a fan since I first saw her in The Blessed Girl and she did excellent job in all the works of hers that I've seen (The Blessed Girl, One Week Friends, A little thing called first, and Reset). She is very pretty and even her voice sounds nice to listen to. I may sound weird, but I really like her slightly trembling voice in emotional scenes. Like Bai Jingting in both New Life Begins and this one. His acting is so good and believable. Looking forward to his future works, especially Destined where he's paired Song Yi (another actress I like + his girlfriend LOL).
On Viki, it says the video is not available in my region. And I can't find subbed version anywhere... So sad.
Finally there are English subtitles now! I was on the verge of rewatching "Perfect and Casual" & "Falling Into Your Smile" for the nth time as I was desperately finding something light and sweet to watch to keep me from thinking about work ^^"
Not sure if I understand what going on with the ML's duality, but it's a fun short watch. I think the ML acts better when he is (or possessed by) the demon. The FL is ok. Every else's acting is just so bad LOL. The transition could have been smoother.... The ML looks so fine with blonde hair ^^
This is interesting for a short drama. I find the ML a bit too young-looking for the role but it's ok. The FL is very pretty I hope she get a lead role in full-length dramas. I just realize that she is also the FL in Don’t Forget My Love which I like despite the acting & the ending... Glad her acting improved in this one and she looks even more beautiful!
P.S. The subtitles are really testing my patience! It is sooooooo bad I begin to get a headache LOL

Yesssss! New Life Begins is an amazing drama, totally fitting for my relax time after an exhausting working day. But I still haven't finished it though. I keep the last few episodes to fully enjoy it later on some "auspicious" days because I don't want it to end yet... I know I'm weird hahaha
I lost interests after the FL's brother's friend came into the picture (as the ML's love rival? seriously?). His scenes make me cringe so bad... I will come back after I finish The Silence of the Monster LOL
