Also, can I just say how much I want one of those translator ear pieces? Those were really cool.

I really enjoyed the bromance in this, too. Honestly it was better than a romantic pairing would've been in this setting. So props for it being bromantic and not romantic.
My only downside to this is that it wasn't longer. I'd watch more of this if there was any. It was a good show and I recommend it to anyone who is thinking of watching it but hasn't decided yet or anyone into this type of premise.
You won't regret it. I promise!

Pros:
- It was cute.
- It got its point across.
Cons:
- I think it could've just been shown as a 10/15 minute PSA instead of being made into a "series."
- The characters randomly singing all of a sudden. I didn't really get it.

Honestly, what's not to love about this series?! It has pretty much any and everything I could ever ask for/want to see in a single show. Healer is a great show with good writing that flows extremely well together. I enjoyed watching this the whole entire time.
I definitely recommend this to any and all who wanna give it a chance! You will not be disappointed.

I recommend this for anyone who wants a nice, quick, relaxing watch and break from the city life for an hour or two. The scenery in this series is just simply breathtaking. And truly, I'd visit Arim Inn if it existed. Get away from real life for a while and just spend the day in the outdoors... and the hammock. Definitely the hammock. lol.
Anyways, I'll stop rambling. Watch this for a nice cool down from crazy long and intense dramas. There won't be any regret. I promise you.

STORY PLOT - Without giving away any big or even small spoilers... the way the story was woven together and all the connections that were revealed were done well. It didn't seem like they were just slapped together like in some shows.
ROMANCE - There is almost nothing I love more than a forbidden love story between two people meant to be together who fight all the odds and do their best to end up together anyways. Especially if one is human and the other is a "supernatural being."
You should definitely give this show a chance if you're interested. It never gets boring or draggy, at least not for me. It'll keep you wanting more after every episode ever.
Fair warning... I took off a .5 from the total score because of a poor animal (you'll see what i mean when it happens). So be careful about that one.
Other than that, though, this is a great show! Watch and you won't regret it.

Sweet with no angst and a good cast!
For the most part, I enjoyed the drama. It was sweet and there was no angst which is a good change from most dramas. The cast was also perfectly chosen. And that is why I think I was able to overlook obvious flaws... at least until the final episode. My pros:
- 2nd couple - i really wish we'd gotten more of them
- the friendships - i loved how everyone melded together in their friend groups.
- the music - i'm not a big fan of traditional music of any country, but I found myself kinda liking the music here
- the cast played their roles very well. there wasn't a single character i didn't like.
- the food. food corn that lasts the entire series!
Cons
- the main couple (mostly towards the end where their faults were glaringly obvious) which I sort of delve into below
- it was too long. it would've worked just fine as a usual 24 episode drama.
My biggest issue:
The ML's pushiness (control issues could be a better thing to say, maybe) and the FL's childishness and sheltered self really came out full force in the final episode and the sweetness without angst was no longer able to blind me. At that point, though, I just finished the drama. Honestly, this is one drama couple where I feel like if the FL ever grows up more and comes into her own... I don't really see this couple being endgame forever. But if FL stays her sheltered self who is fine with others choosing everything for her, then good luck I guess.
That said, I gave this a 7.5 for my pros. Would I recommend it? It's a toss up. But, I guess I'd say if you're thinking of it, try it for yourself and see what happens. Maybe the sweetness and no angst won't cloud your judgement and have you watch the whole drama like it did me.

Great Chemistry and an adorable kitten, however...
The chemistry between the leads was great. I wouldn't be against them in another series together. Just hope it is better written.I was not a big fan of the plot or writing in quite a bit of the show. I honestly would not have gotten through episodes 4-14 if not for the lead's chemistry. Those episodes where ML was chasing her and she was treating him like he'd kicked her kitten in front of her were not exactly easy to get through.
Don't get me wrong, I understand her hurt from being rejected. It stings. But for her to act like it was all on him and he was fully in the wrong for rejecting her... it got annoying quick. She confessed to him and he asked her how long she liked him and why. Her answers were recently and because he was rich and handsome... did she really think he'd be like yeah, me too? Instead of telling the truth, which were great answers, she lied. Seriously, no one wants to hear those as answers for why someone likes them.
Also, the forced kiss.. if ML did that to FL, everyone would've thrown a fit.
That said, here are some pros.
- adorable kitten
- real kisses
- a cute 2nd couple (ep 10 and on tho)
- no triangles or break ups
- both leads had supportive parents
If you can overlook my little rant, I'd recommend at least checking out the first 5 episodes to decide if this is for you or not.

This show has got mystery, romance, action, humor... it's got a little bit of everything honestly. It is just so darn good. I truly love this so much!! It was honestly perfect. It flowed well and it gave an entire drama in 4 eps! It has no filler, just everything with meaning and working with the story being told. I will definitely rewatch this in the future sometime!!

I loved it! It was so good... I just wish it had been longer because it was that darn good!!
Also, I'd love it if there was a spin off or sequel so that the Goblin Queen could get her happy ending, too. I adored her. Such a great character. Total bad a$$. I'd for sure watch more of this for her. She, too, deserves happiness after so many years.
All in all, if you're in for something fun, cute, and breezy to watch after a long it wrenching angsty drama, this bite sized drama is for you!!

It was a lot of fun watching the other side of vampire life... the side where vampires pay rent and do human things to fit in.
The little romance story that it had was sweet, too. The chemistry between the FL/ML was fire. Their love story progressed nicely for a 73 minute little movie. I will definitely rewatch this some time.
I also enjoyed the credit scenes. Ran's jealousy. lol. And the last one left it open for a second movie down the line if the writers want to ever go there.
All in all, I loved this and it got a 10/10 from me!

Amazing OTP! So much chemistry!
The OTP were what made the series for me. I loved watching their love story play out, going from acquaintances to friends to lovers. Their chemistry was fire!My second favorite parts of the show were the FLs relationships with her sister and her 'bosses,' especially the second one.
The rest wasn't bad. I just wasn't too big on all the work bits. I wouldn't have minded less of those bits and more ML/FL scenes.
Overall, I'd recommend giving it a try. Watch 2/3 episodes and see what you think before deciding whether to continue or drop. It's worth a shot.

For me, it's along the lines of Lie to Me where the plot is lacking but you want to keep watching for the leads. Though, Lie to Me had the lead actor/actress' raw and magnetic chemistry to run with while the chemistry was lesser in this one.
I'd still recommend OUaST for anyone looking for an easy, cute watch after an intense one. The visuals of the small town were nice. And the little kid and his story with his girl, who is a 'friend' was a lot of fun to watch. Watch this for a breath of fresh air watch if the synopsis interests you.
