Bro, I laughed when Qing told Min he wants to have a child and a benevolent woman like him. Man, I want to kill them. my ning, bao, qian are suffering too much
You know what, this was directed and produced really well. The small details were handled beautifully too. They also introduced a new style of videography, which is rare in C-dramas. I’m not sure what the fast-forward video editing technique is called, but it was really satisfying and unique.
I think it brought such a majestic aura. I loved it, even without researching it much, you could already feel…
@nikolllllllllllllllllllll and @ Mimi Our precious husband and wife we are delighted to see you two commenting together. lol it was so funny in my head
Just one word AGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH. Bruh, the production was perfect, but the ending was a mess. Every good character either turned bad or got killed. Binzhu used to be one of my favorites, but now I just wanted him gone. I was so obsessed with him at first that I even searched all of Wang Duo’s social media. Dali and XY’s female relationship was top-notch, but then they randomly made her bad, and she died. As for Pianpian, I never liked her. Sure, she had some good qualities, but she just didn’t click with me. And what do you mean Tan’er ended up in Pianpian’s body? Wasn’t Pianpian Binzhu’s love interest?
Then there were the three great demons. After Binzhu went astray, they were the reason I kept watching. But of course, the writer had to kill them too. The great demons were just taken out by the new Dreamshred immortal and Binzhu. I get that they deserved punishment for oppressing and killing humans, but they had changed and even accepted Hong Ye. Xiao Mi’s death came out of nowhere as well.
And HY and XY...yeah, their romance and chemistry were great, but what kind of ending is that? You can’t just go back to the past to live with your lover. You have a future to live! The ending was just disappointing. Such a waste.
