People having issues accessing iQIYI. Clear your browser cookies. That worked for me.
Easiest way if you are using chrome is
- Press the padlock beside the url and select "cookies"
- When it opens up under the allowed tab delete all the cookies listed there. Note: This will log you out of iQIYI
- Sign back in again.

If you have a different browser lemme know so I can guide you on how to clear cookies
