I binge watched it while I was waiting for new episodes of k-dramas....I like the cast and the humor....I am a bit upset that Hou Zi Cheng keeps getting bullied by the criminals especially now that he finally had the woman he likes agree to go out with him...there also needs to be another male character so the FL's best friend will let Hou Zi date the rich girl

I have watched all the dramas and movies listed above ...my favorites are Hello Monster< It's Okay It's Love and My Annoying Brother since he portrayed those characters so well plus made me laugh, cry and fear him ....He also had amazing bromances in 2 of them...100 Days My Prince is great so far and I love his female co-star Nam Ji Hyun since she is a wonderful actress too and always has excellent chemistry with her male leads ....I hope he makes more dramas and movies in the future

He is close friends with most of his male co-stars Jo In Sung, Jo Jung Suk and Kwang soo

here is a beautiful duet he did with Jo Jung Suk for the My Annoying Brother OST

I get where you're coming from, and you're welcome to your opinion, but to say the 'bullying is not serious enough'…
I think kim You Jung would have been perfect for the FL since she is the right age, amazing actress, can show her emotions well and would be adorable with Eun Woo

I like Kwak, Do Hee and the female class president since they are the best characters and actors... The FL has no facial expressions except bored or surprised most of the time and her character bores me plus she is too gullible that she can't see how Soo Ah is sabotaging her even when the ML and others point it out to her..... why they let the senior tell them what to do ( hazing) plus they let them sexually harass orjust call the women ugly because they are older? Sorry, I only respect people who respect me and others plus this is college so they are older and should stand up for themselves more or tell the dean or teachers.... At least Kwak is helping them as a TA to stand up to the annoying senior

I think there should be more dramas where the woman confesses first since the ML is sometimes clueless that the FL likes him and it takes forever for them to get together.... I don't want a pushy or childish FL though.... i like flirty and funny ones like Oh My Ghostess and My Girlfriend is a Gumiho
Yes, I have confessed to a guy several times, kissed them first or asked them on a date.... Even though I am shy I have no problem making the first move..... I don't see a reason to waste time waiting for the guy to ask me on a date first and he might not know I like him so he may never ask me out....if you wait too long he may find someone else and then you can only blame yourself for not trying
I have been rejected a few times but then I moved on since you can't always get the one you want and hate when people stalk someone and try to force them to love them or be miserable pining for someone you will never get

Great article
i watched the British version in 2006 when it aired on the BBC channel and loved it
the main differences I remember were that his dad was the cop that Park Sung Woong plays in the past and like you said it was the 1970's not the 80's....I was born in the 1970's so I remember all the bad fashion trends. Lol..John Simm and the actor who played his dad were amazing with a love/hate bromance just like the Korean one

i love the Korean cast and the 2 male leads always impress me with their acting in all their dramas plus there is a kicka#@ lead female who is smart, independent and can fight

i admit I don't remember the ending and there is a sequel too for the British one but a woman is the lead that travels to the 80's and meets some of the cops from the past from season 1 and is caleed Ashes to ashes (another Bowie song)

I'm really hoping one of them will after its run. Or Netflix. It's the kind of show that might do well on Netflix.
I think I got a NetflIx alert as upcoming... sometime they wait til it ends to air

I'm sure this article is about non-japanese doramas, because recently we've been getting plenty of strong and…
I have seen a lot of Japanese dramas lately with FL that act like a teenager or younger

First : I +1 femmedesneige comment: not funny...I know you didn't invent the word, but comparing women fantasizing…
I agree with you about the pedonoona being inappropriate since it is a crime and wrong and
I think they should remove it......
i would maybe have "noona romance" which is an older woman with a younger man over age 21 in a healthy and consenting relationship like Witch's Romance

awesome thread..... I suffer from most of these syndromes and one I call "noona romance" since I am in my 40's and there are too many hot guys younger than me that I have crushes on ... luckily Jang Hyuk, Ji Jin Hee, Cha Seung Won, Kwon Sang Woo, Song Seung Heon and Lee Byung Hyun are all hot oppas my age so I don't feel guilty drooling over them

Lee Joon and Jung So Min are so adorable and glad they are dating in real life..... i am excited when actors are dating or married since i want them to be happy so I don't have that syndrome

Review Gap Dong
I agree with your review.... leeJoon was an amazing, sexy psycho and even looked hot as a clown and I hate clowns....the FL annoyed me too and I learned any FL who is a psychiatrist or psychologist in a kdrama needs therapy too and is usually very gullible (also Bride of the water God.... Worst psychiatrist ever)

Isn't this like Romantic doctor Kim?By your words it really reminds me of it...Also longer article pleaseU described…
It does have corruption like Romantic Dr Kim and a brilliant surgeon that is treated like an outcast.... I am not finished with the series so I don't know if he has a back story like RDK where he is blamed for something he didn't do and that is why he left his prestigous hospital to work in a small one..... I do think the xray may point to a back story of either why he became a surgeon (someone he loved died) or why he is treated as an outcast

I love Tokai and his sarcasm and confidence......I just wish it wasn't predictable since every episode another doctor is chosen to perform a surgery and Tokai always has to rescue the incompetent surgeon halfway through and the other surgeons won't give him credit for it because they are jealous..... It reminds me of the show Dr X except that show has a female lead who always saves the patient in surgery and she is also an outcast too and predictable but I still love her spunky character
