Did anyone understand what was North Korea mission even about? Was it south korea commissioning killing of anyone…
It's like Special Division he built. He hold leverage against the people with power and offer (forced) them to work for him. Mihyun has sick parents that needed money, while Juwon's story will be revealed next week. They have no choice. It's a long time project of his and probably involved with creating the problem at the first place and act like a savior.
Intelligence from both countries aware they have Division of people with special powers, obviously want to challenge each other and be the stronger forces. It's their thing, what else ? It's not like they have better things to do. haha
Also the storyline is around late 80s to 90s era where historically spying is at its peak, both sides trying to infiltrate the government and shift the power to spread communism ideology through a conventional pro-NK party to overthrow the pro-US current gov and vice versa (overthrow dictatorship in NK). stuff like that.
next week likely will be Heesoo Appa story, can't progress to the next stage without it I guess.
2eps next week should cover them. That man should be in Hee Soo appa story, they have certain relationship . Cant wait for the underground fight scene!
I’m on episode two and so far I’ve rolled my eyes at:-The FL being in a convenience store, seeing there’s…
In a drama that would give the impression of FL being a paranoid person which is not the writer's intention about developing her character, prolly rather an independent, spontaneous and chill woman. Remember the very first scene ? the thug scene, she even went to that place, because it's her job, still being afraid. Is that stupid, kinda, but still cool af too.
About how she asked "why carry pepper spray" it's just common casual way of speaking to friends. A reaction. It doesn't even have to mean a literal "why". but the friend answer it anyway. It's a reaction, like in example when someone says "how the fuck did you do that ?" after you did something awesome, it was never really a question demanding you to explain it, it's a reaction in casual conversation. People still answer it sometimes or not or just laugh and all of them are valid. It's how stuff is.
If she reacted to the drama the way you intended it to be, it will probably be different genre and I can say with confidence probably wont watch it. :)
I think you should stop calling other stupid because... hmm...
I only started it for the kids story oof. Are they gonna have less screen time in the future eps?
like others already mentioned, kids > parents > together. The parents story is more action packed + romance because they are gov agents, adults and there's HHJ haha. Nothing much high school scenes can do to beat it. They'll then be together with the kids and fight the bad guy afterwards.
for those finding the story-line being quite stale, just be patience, the kids story is just an intro. The parents story is the real and more exciting ones, atleast that's how it is in the webtoon. The main hero only made one appearance so far, that's at the end of ep7. No way they cast HHJ just to be a boring mom in the kitchen.
wait so what happened at the end of ep 11? can someone explain?
it wants to take over GSY (host) body, all those object plus one more step/secret that will be reveled on next ep to make it happen. It was its motive all along to use human to look for the objects for her. "she" always wanted to live, the granny said it.
1. Episode 1 ending! "Let's go my dear husband," 2. Buyeon asking Jang Uk if she could boast about him to the ladies at the banquet. 3. "When I am at the cliff, I couldn't cry, I feel like I'm really abandoning her". That night. 4. Crown Prince's confession "I want to have her" at the beach. 5. "Stop calling my wife late at night, as you know we are newly weds" 6. Park Jin's to Jang Uk "If you still want to die, come here, I'll make you another meal"
