Me too. I find her acting here so flighty that I can't take it. I know she's supposed to be a cheerful kind of person but it seems like she's trying too hard to act like that. Trying hard to keep on watching this for Ding Yu Xi

That's why.. Just that this drama all the officials are still kind or not scheming enough. If its truly a drama on court politics then he should be dead by now or likely used by the different officials. When he discovered the fake phoenix head, I thought thats it! he's gonna get killed BUT again he survives 😅😅

I thought after Zhang Ping found out about Lan Jue's secret, he'll learn to restrain himself and yet he did it again in ep. 12. This time even harming the people around him. By ep. 13, I'm kinda hoping that someone close to him dies so he'll get to learn the harsh way and not to be very rash anymore. Not just by finding the truth that he'll always get away with it. Totally annoyed by his character. Sigh...
But the interaction between Mo Wen and Lan Jue is so cute! 😝

Okay, he might not be just a noodle seller but then correct me if I'm wrong, that period of time being a scholar is probably better than a commoner and even thou he's a genius, he has not try out for the imperial exam and so he still didn't have any official position to be proud of, yet he's being disrespectful to Lan Jue who is a vice minister which as far as I know means he has quite a high official position in the court. That is why I can't take Zhang Ping arrogant attitude at first but after some of you recommended me to continue, I somehow get used to it and find the next few episodes interesting LOL I'm gonna binge the rest of the episodes this weekend 😝
I just find their airing schedule so weird, releasing 10 eps every mon which means I need to wait every monday to watch the next available ep haha

I don't know if I should continue with this drama, I really do want to but then Zhang Ping is just sooo frustrating to watch. He's just too meddlesome and annoying here. For a mere noodle seller, he's too arrogant to the main lead. No matter how naive he's supposed to be, doesn't he know that you're not supposed to mess around with an official. By episode 2, I'm just waiting for him to get slashed by the bodyguard of the main lead like any other period drama but he's the one of the main leads here so yeah he won't get killed. Is it worth to endure and continue this drama?? I really do love this kind of genre thou..

Dropped.. The plot is barely there and the pace is really slow plus I don't like how judgemental the female lead is.. I don't get why the male lead likes her.. The most interesting is the chemistry between the 2 male leads LOL

Yes, me too.. I was really looking forward to her character growth and yet when she got into trouble in the last few episodes, I thought I can finally see her being understanding and yet she stays the same.. Hope she can change soon, I want to see her being all nice thou

I really really can't stand this Tang Hua! Its like she never learn from her mistake and everybody around her is just so lenient towards her.. Moreover she's a doctor for gods sake, so unprofessional.. When is she going to get what she deserve for that cheap mouth of hers

A boring and slow pace drama. The drama focuses only on one serial killer case and its gonna be 30 episodes?! No wonder the police are kinda incompetent here

Where did you all get to watch episode 3?

There is no misunderstanding within the main characters but lots of problems and conspiracy with the male lead's family. We're still halfway thru. While the 1st half is mainly on the main characters maybe the 2nd half is more on the family's problems
