Can someone tell me if Yoon Park's character/storyline is...not annoying? That's not quite what I mean, but I am waiting for a time when he won't be SL in his storyline. Or does he not just have any romance at all in this? TIA!
Not really. There are some crazy twists but a lot of things feel hollow because there isn't enough time in the 2 hours for characterization to balance the plot twists. But then again I usually always prefer long dramas over movies so ymmv.
Thinking about it, I think this would have been better as a longer drama where we had more time to explore the leads' psyches and their pushback against their parents' expectations.
I really love the acoustic version of the main song. Interested in how everything plays out but I really hope romance isn't a-brewin since I dislike decades-long age gaps (even if he doesn't look as old as he actually is).
Well....ok. that was a show i guess. Honestly idek what to think about it. It was somehow both surprising and slow-paced at the same time, so at the end of it I'm not even rly sure what i even think about i. So..well, ok then.
Upon finishing the first hour, I literally said out loud to my empty room, "the fuck?" What even is this and since there's only one hour left what even is going to happen. Literally everything and nothing is happening in this drama.
It's stupid rivalry lol. It's just herd mentality with the main leads gang. I don't think he hated him though.…
Ohhhhh thank you! I knew it had something to do with Lin but couldn't remember since she had a diff bf. So P'An didn't want Two to date Lin because he wanted Two to himself I'm guessing. ????????
I'm heartened to see other people posting that they were way into the secondary romances over Tami/Morgan. They were fine in the end, I guess, but he trampled all over her viewpoints and hesitations for like 85-90% of the drama right up until the worst point. At least Scarlett's and Ga Gyeong's dudes listened to the ladies. Anyway, despite being queerbaited in like almost every scene with Scarlett alone with Ga Gyeong or Tami, and some weird storytelling tangents, it was an enjoyable watch with the first and last episodes bookending the series well. Yay to strong, influential ladies!
Can someone tell me if the romance is between Cha Yo Han and Kang Shi Yeong? And if so, are the characters supposed to have the same age gap of 16 years like the actors do?
