In his apology he mentioned that BOC infomed him about his comments....so when he forget he was reminded. They probably screened his tweets and pulled him aside about them. He had choosen to not address or delete the comments.
He has said sorry and mentioned he's not the same but the apology just got back up a little.
He could have said it freshly yesterday and people will say 28 is a baby and a mistake. Leave them, those people entitled to their opinion. They might not agree with me and vice versa.

Builds comments were the bottom of the barrell. Its a scum like mindset and even if he has changed, he had a chance to either address or delete those comments when he was reminded by BOC. He clearly stated he was told by BOC in his apology. That shows that he maybe thought it would go over people's head or didn't care.
I do not agree with people stalking his past comments but at the same time I'm thankful because he was forced to speak up. It made people aware.
