Daon is sef sabotaging himself. Being a happy go lucky guy has its cons. He doesn't know how to express himself to the point it can confuse a person. He lied to Taekyung and only thougt to be honest when Shinwoo told him.
Daon needs to do his own thing and not seek validation from others. He will burn out and it extremely unhealthy. Needs to please himself before he pleases others. He's a nice guy overall just has his moments.

You're right Shinwoo is strong whilst as much as I like Daon, he has his own issues to sort out. If I was in a relationship with Daon, I would get hurt by him. He would do it unintentionally but it will still hurt. He would make Taekyung feel a way and this would cause conflict.
