The drama had very good translations throughout, until the final episode. I wondered why the subs were incoherent.

Did they do voice over in this drama? I find the ML voice very familiar, but from definitely another drama/actor....
I believe it's not. The Baidu Baike doesn't list their voice actors and it is not in the credits (which would normally be the case if it's voiced over).
