I wondered too ('was I confusing dramas?'was my first thought cuz I thought he was a good person LOL) He was the dude that interrogated Do Han so I'm guessing he worked for the bad guys etc)
As much as I love crime dramas, the fact that sometimes these things aren't just a story but a reality for some...is truly heart-wrenching.
