You don't need to be overly worried. Netizens are just fuming right now because this young couple stirred up such…
So why did ZiYu apologize like he ghosted her? They still together? I'm no hater. I was ignoring it, but now I'm like say what?!?! Still not a hater π π
A little off topic, but Can you please tell me what drama your profil pic is?
Tysm!!! Fangs of Fortune is on my list. I was waiting for it for so long, but I forgot they released it. I caught up on all the on going BLs and am trying to finish Falling into Your Smile.
EP14 felt rushed tbh. Especially with dr.Jiang's ex part... everything happened so quickly, or idk if i was lost…
They took out all of the stuff with Chi's sister too. We only see her once so far at the meeting with Yue Yue. If it was a 36 or 60 episode series, we might have gotten everything.
I have a question for everyone. How much money would it take to get you to stop watching this series, any edits, any posts, anything related to it until the final has aired? π π π
A Round Trip to Love might have a little more spice to it for the NC, but that one is more morally gray and depressing.…
Yeah. I mean, I think they could only put so much in the show. Idk if it was a creative shoice or they were pressured not to put more in. I am not sure what to expect. I've seen them do way more stuff in this one than any other CBL. It keeps surprising me. The BTS of it was more revealing in some ways. Lot's of stuff they didn't end up using.
I hate censored stuff so much, I don't watch it at all. I feel like they trying to push those boundaries in this very new area. Very ambitious.
I agree with you about them being obsessed with each other and it kind of builds you up to expect something and they just go to the next scene. But still, I was surprised how much they kept in. Love it!
Question, is this the spiciest that CBL gets? I've only been watching BL since Oct 2023 (I am completely addicted…
A Round Trip to Love might have a little more spice to it for the NC, but that one is more morally gray and depressing. This is the first CBL I've ever seen with as many actual kisses and somewhat NC scenes.
I keep thinking what they would give us if there were no bans, censors, loud squawking homophobics, etc... I think it would be like it is in this series but longer and more intense. We get a taste of what it could be. I'm pretty satisfied with it.
Who knows what will happen in the near future with other CBL. This is just the beginning, unless they find a way to completely shut it down.
People on socials are saying Ch Cheng is still in love with his ex. The people who havenβt read the novel or…
I can see how it could come across as if Chi still cared for him. Not just the moving away from Wei when the picture was posted, but also the preview when Chi looks so pained by WS coming back. Sure you could assume it was because Chi was hurt, but that could be a mix of still caring and that he never got closure. There is also that saying that hate is also a form of caring. People relate things to their own situation in life, it just happens.
Another possibility is they are doing it intentionally for the show to make you uneasy about what could/is happening. It adds conflict and tension to the series in a different way than the novel.
So all of it together could make things muddy enough to question whether or not lingering feelings of love is with Chi and WS.
I'm not saying y'all are dismissing people because I don't feel you are, but I wish people would stop getting angry or annoyed at others who ask questions or state how they think about these things. We have all had times when we needed people to explain things because we don't understand. I don't think it's right to dismiss or judge people for thinking a certain way because not everyone understands subtleties or certain things don't occur to people when watching things. Especially something from a different culture/country than their own. Just ask if they want a spoiler and tell them, or ignore the comment.
This week is going to be stressful, but next week I feel like we are going to be left with unresolved drama in a bigger hellish week. It's the first time I wish I could wait to binge because I'm not going to be able to stand seeing everyone unhappy.
I feel like they are giving us all these sweet moments for the pain ahead. So Chi and Wei will both have fond times to remember. Maybe they know they can't just shut WS out or ignore him because they know he will mess with them anyway so they are trying to get ahead of it. I'm so stressed out π π π
Don't get me wrong, I'm loving the series, and I'm not trying to pick fights. But I'm the only one who is uncomfortable…
The only reason I am ok with it is because the character is. If the character it's happening to isn't ok then I can't accept it either. Just like what happened in KinnPorsche. I wasn't okay with anything until Porsche chose to forgive Kinn.
It's still hard to deal with sometimes because we inevitable relate to these series and charaters in some way, but for me, it's easier to deal with it based on the characters reactions to it.
In this case Wei has shown he can shut Chi down if he wants to. We have seen it throughout the series. So I trust if it was an issue for him, he'd let Chi and everyone else know lol.
Wei was more ashamed to face his "master" π because he feels conflicted about his status as a man since he let Chi take his virginity. But that's something Wei has to come to terms with himselfm he chose to be with Chi.
I still feel bad for Wei because it can hurt no matter how gentle you are. It depends on the person and Wei was straight for his whole life. He never did anything like that.
I have a lot of respect for GCU. He seems kind of smarmy but he really is trying to treat JXS well. Especially that aphrodisiac situation.
I hope it gets to a point where Wei stops pushing CC away all the time and just goes all in. More confident and assertive. Like, less acting like he's protesting and more lovey dovey. The back and forth is cute but its giving me whiplash. I just want to see Wei initiate and take the reins more. I know it's in him. π
I was surprised by some of my choices though ππ
I wanted to see more of the doctors arc too. π
This was one of the very first BLs I watched and it was so good, but sad.
