Fourever in my heart!
I loved this series so much. It was almost perfect. The pacing and editing was a bit hard to take at times, especially if you had the wrong expectations going into it. I watched it from day one and at times it was torture. Johan and North were really the shinning light of the series. I loved Hill and East too, but Jo and North were something else. I've been waiting for a good show that Bas was in and this was definitely it. Maxky came out of nowhere for me. I had never remembered him in anything I'd seen before, so he was new to me. It was a crazy experience, but I loved every minute of it. I hope Maxky and Bas continue to work together, if they want to. The BL powers that be would be crazy to let that ship go to waste. Truly lightning in a bottle.I wish it was more consistent throughout and the dialog was almost there, but they reused a lot of lines. Those were some missed opportunities imo. However, it was only a handful of times I ever remember a couple outright saying how attracted they were to their partner. In most series it feels like they shy away from that for some reason. North even tells his mom was a handsome bf he's got lol. I love North's character so much.
I really hope they make a second season and include JohanNorth and HillTer. The whole cast is really great.
It's a drama about love lost and love reignited mixed together with the present and the past. It's only about 2 of the 4 novels. Hopefully we will be seeing the other 2 couples in season 2.
Honestly, this drama is probably an 8 or 9, but it made me feel like a 10. What a fun trip and well worth watching. See y'all for the next one.

One of the best dramas, BL or not
Oh Daon, my sweet fella. You finally got what you deserve. This series was just really great. I feel like this set a new standard for South Korean dramas, especially KBLs. It's hands down one of the best dramas I've seen. I might have taken off a half point for the rushed ending, but I couldn't because it was seriously too good to give it any less than a 10.The story really kept you engaged and kept you guessing. I'm not going to go into all the details of why it was amazing because I'd end up spoiling everything, but if you like suspense and plot-twists, I highly suggest giving this a watch. There are some nice kisses in it too.
Thank you to all the cast and crew who worked so hard on this drama! It was a wonderful experience. Good luck to you all in the future.

Good Premise
Super cute story when they are together. I loved the cast and the story idea is pretty great. I also love Domundi. They almost always fall a tad bit short. Idk what it is. It's something that if they'd change just a tad, they would be unstoppable/dominating all others in the industry.I would say they play it too careful, but they don't.
Maybe it's how some of the charaters act too childish? Idk
I think it has a lot to do with how they are directed to act. They don't feel like real people. It feels like they start to over think how they are acting. If that makes sense. It kind of takes you out of the series.
Well at least we can see more of Yim's acting skills than him always doing roles that are timid, or whatever you want to call it.
It would be interesting to see if it was YimTutor instead of TutorYim. I wonder how the dynamics would change.
I really enjoyed Tutor and Yim's acting when they are their fantasy selves. I wish they could do more roles like that. I don't really think any of them are bad actors, they are all kind of stiff and too careful when they act.
Again, they showed us with the fantasy scene that they can act in a different way, so I really hope they can do more of that. Fantasy or not.

Depth of Field - Hishakai Shindo
It felt like a coming of age story. I had no real knowledge of it before watching it, and I'm kind of glad I didn't. I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I might. The characters seemed fresh and new to me. I wish there was more backstory developed for Konno Ryohei. It was kind of hard to connect with him until later, but Hirano Koshu really surprised me in those last episodes. I felt like I could feel his longing and angst.
The plot didn't seem to know what it wanted to do sometimes. Felt a bit choppy while moving forward.
The one thing I always wish with these series is for a proper ending. They always feel super rushed. All and all I thought it was good.
Give it a try. It's a short watch.

I absolutely loved it!
The way this story made me feel was 100/100. 🥰💯. It was probably like a 8.5/10, but because how it made me feel I can't give it less than a 10.My 17 year old cat passed away about a month before this started. He loved to watch all the dramas with me. He would either tuck himself snug by my stomach or he would be standing up straight by the corner of my bed while watching the show. He genuinely liked to watch my dramas with me. This was one of the first dramas I started watching again after... I felt everything deeper when I watched this. I wish he could have watched it with me and listened to the songs too. ❤️
I wish the epsiodes were longer and the story was written a bit better and more full. It got kind of messy at some points. They glossed over some things. Some things they didn't let permeate fully.
At times they went in a direction that didn't make sense, but overall, at the heart of it, the story is really great.
Dealing with many traumas. Losing someone close and having to deal with the after effects ontop of actue stage fright is almost impossible.
To me the theme is love is so powerful, it can help you move forward. I relate to this alot. I've had it happen to me before. Love is so powerful and healing.
The songs were amazing. If the story was developed a little bit more and they added more songs omg... perfect. I didn't expect the chemistry between the two main leads. I had my doubts, but again, it was amazing. Those two were really something. So much so, I wish they'd do more bls together. ❤️
I have a bit of a rant about something I've been seeing a lot more now that we are getting series with 2 or more languages in the same seires...
I personally love when they have multiple languages. Again, something I've personally experience so its not strange or unreal to me. It actually makes me excited. And its not like it doesn't make sense. They literally told us Orca was an exchange student. It was super cool to see Neil befriend him and bring him into his circle. It shows Neil's charater trait of being kind and friendly.
People can't interact with each other if they don't speak the same language? They explained what it was and they even still showed the difficulties of the language barrier. To me that is very realistic from personal experience.
I'm not sure why people hate on it so much. It's translated anyways. For most of us, it's not like you're not watching a show that you can understand without subtitles anyway. Adding another language is fine. It makes it more real, like they are interacting with other people other than in their comfort zone. It helps bridge us together globally. It surprises me that people who hate on multiple languages in a series are the same ones who looks for different languages to watch than their own.
End of rant.
Overall, it was an amazing experience and kept me counting down the hours to watch it. I really hope Charles and Michael work together again ❤️.
Thank you to everyone who worked hard on this series. The actors, the behind the scenes crew, the writers, and director. 👏 👏 👏

An experience like very few others
Suggestion:If you watch the series, don't read comments and spoilers, don't even read the synopsis lol, just go watch it. There are plot twists. I sadly knew some of the major ones and while I'm kind of glad I knew what going to happen, I would have felt everything much deeper and I would have wailed my eyes out a lot more if I hadn't seen anything.
I'm not trying to over sell it. This drama could have been more polished. I'm not saying it's the "best drama ever", but the way it made me feel was undeniable. That is what makes it one of the best dramas to me.
Review: **Spoilers**
Oh man, this series made me feel a certain way. I will truly miss it. A big thank you to the actors, director, screen writer, cast, and crew for this beautiful series. You all did a fantastic job creating something different.
I like the premise of it. I think it would be cool to see another BL that kept with the theme of a different story line for each episode because they are soul mates finding each other again. Like the synopsis, but what this was, was interesting too.
Each episode was pretty good. Especially, with the time contraints. Trying to show us a complete story in less than an hour for some of the episodes was ambitious, but I feel like they did it well. The seires was just over all different.
The tears were real, the emotions were raw, it was just a beautiful experience and I'm glad I was apart of it.
I feel like Top and Mick shot up to the top of "need to watch actors". I know Top has another project coming up with a different pairing, but I think Top and Mick's chemistry is insanely good. Too good to waste. I really hope they work together again.
If they can find their way back to doing more projects together in the future, it feels like they could really hone their craft better and work extremely well with each other.
While I don't really "ship" people (I'm more of a "shipper lite". As in, I like to see people with good chemistry together, but if they don't they don't and if they do they do.), they could be one of the top ships in the industry, if they wanted to.
It's hard being an actor, but it's freaking hard being a BL actor imo. If you can master it, that in itself deserves accolades.
But it might not be their goals. They both definitely have more potential to show us and I can't wait.
The OST was basically 1 song, "Every Tears" by Sin. But that 1 song had a deep impact on me and added to this experience. I've had it on repeat and it brings me back to the series when I listen to it. I wish I could find an English lyric version of it on yt, but so far the only translation of the lyrics I've seen are when they translate it on the show. 10/10 beautiful.
The last episode was a little rushed and messy, but considering the series is only 8 episodes and they didn't get to "their story" until the last epsiodes, I think the actors both did a fantastic job.
Overall it was a 10/10 for me.
❤️❤️❤️❤️Every You, Every Me❤️❤️❤️❤️

Oh so close, but not close enough
*sigh* Japan tricked me again. I have literally only found like 3 Jdramas that are swoon worthy. Everything else is just bittersweet with an emphasis on the bitter. This was one of them, until the last 2 episodes. While there are many types of love, I will NEVER believe you can truly be in love with someone and they be in love with you but they still separate because "love can't overcome everything". Yes love can overcome everything. It's not easy, but its not the love part thats not easy, its the choices you make, the sacrifices you make for love. I'm not talking about maybe being in love, I'm talking about your soulmate love. This had a lot of that but, they switched it at the end to "lets become better people first". I can understand that to an extent, but not the way this drama did it with a contract at the end.I totally agree having a relationship with a minor is bad and a big no no. I do not think she was at fault for swaying him at all. Meaning, they didn't show or suggest she did in any way. He was very aggressive towards her in the beginning and running hot later as well. Yes, he was 15, so its somewhat understandable. But, also, so what? Are we not holding teenagers responsible for their emotional actions at all just because they are young? That's ridiculous to me.
If you want to talk about power dynamics, lets talk about it. The teacher is pretty small and not strong. Physically, he can over take her. Her power as a teach/adult was full on challenged from episode 1. Yes, she should have reported the slap he gave her in the hallway. But what would they have done? Nothing. They would have asked that she let it go. Which was what they did when that other kid spread harmful rumors about her on the website. It impacted her job and life. She was told to let it slide by the head of the school.
Being a pedophile means you like children in an inappropriate way. She did and does not! The way they wrote it was "right soulmate at the wrong time". She did not act on anything and tried to stay clear of him. Again, he was the aggressor in all of these situations. You couldn't even tell she had any feelings for him until she slightly admitted it half way through the seires.
Yes, it is wrong.
Now that's out of the way.
I really wish she would have stuck to her decision to be with him and not sign that stupid contract. To me, that was stupid. They ended up together anyway. It would have been a whole lot better if they just talked it through and said they were going to become better people and to "wait for me" kind of deal. Instead, they literally said "bye bye" to each other like they would never see each other again. Stupid.
When are they going to make a drama that really does stick to "to hell with everyone else, I'm not giving up my soulmate."? Thats what I was really hoping for in this. That is what they kept acting like. But instead we get a lot of promises of them both saying and acting like they will be together no matter what, to then throw it out the window, and then at the very last 15 seconds get back together. *sigh*
The mother of the teen was insufferable. I didn't empathize with the teacher he was in love with, I was fully feeling the teen when I watched this because I have also felt that way in those years. My mother did a similar thing to me and I think it's crazy. Rather than getting angry and dismissing your teens feelings, you should try and reach out more and understand. Telling someone not to feel or that they are wrong about how they feel won't change a persons feelings, it will only make them hide them. And when he was 18, ugh, her getting the police involved at that point was dumb and controlling. If she really had an issue with it, she should have called them when he was 15 to report it.
She said many times that he was acting crazy before that teacher even showed up.
That teacher literally gave him a goal and purpose when he had no direction in the beginning.
Love can overcome anything with the right person and no one can ever tell me any different.
The only reason I'm giving it 7 is because they got together at the end. If they didn't get together, I would have given it a 1. There were some good and endearing parts that really touched me, but mostly skippable moments when they weren't together, which was a lot of it.
Just my opinion. Not judging anyone else. If you are looking for a great romance drama, this isn't it. Still, I'd say try it. See if you like it. Maybe you will.

Falling into Another Midtrap
The story had a lot of good plots. The cats are cute, the guys and girls are cute. There are a lot of sweet moment, kisses, etc.The thing I could not stand was the lead actress. She was so stiff the whole time. Super annoying to me. I tried to look at her from different ways, but I very much disliked whatever personality she was trying to play. I've never seen her in anything else so I'm not sure how she is as an actress in general.
I really struggled to get through it. No hate to anyone who likes it. I watched it not knowing what to expect, but it was not for me at all. I didn't drop it mostly to find out how it ended.

K2
If you watch it for the action scenes it is a good watch. Very political. It's a fun watch. I did not like Im Yoon Ah's character portrayal at all. Her and Changwook didn't have any chemistry. Most of the time it felt like the main couple was Changwook's character and Song Yoon Ah. They had a weird dynamic and it was confusingat times. There were alot of things I would have liked to have seen, but weren't really working.Idk. It was okfor an action/political drama. Not too much for a romantic one.

From Revenged to Forever Love
There are really no words to describe this experience. It was interactive, at times it was scary (not knowing if it would be pulled or censored), it was funny, it was sad, emotional, heart-warming... it really was a complete package in and outside the drama. To those who didn't get to experience the fun outside of the drama and suffer with the rest of us, it's okay, you can still enjoy the drama because it's one of the best you will ever watch and you can still join the Revenged Love club of this intense/lovable fandom 🌽.
If they would have kept their foot on the gas pedal toward the end and really went for it, just the slightest bit more, it would have been an unbeatable 1 only waiting for a challenger. Nothing could have touched it, BL or not. However, this series is still a 10 for me and is one of the best dramas ever.
The intimacy they continuously showed blew my mind. Intimacy with romance is incredibly hard to find all the way through in dramas. So dramas dont even have it. It's incredibly hard to show intimacy and I don't think most people both with trying to show it. I always look for it and need it in my romance dramas because that is what a good romance drama is to me and this is where it was.
I can't imagine what these beautiful stories would dare to show if they weren't under pressure, but this was a huge leap forward for a more promising future in not only CBL but possibly BL in general. Please take note of this well crafted seires drama makers/the powers that are in charge of dramas!!! Awesome script, chemistry off the charts, amazing actors, great cast and crew, the right OST music... If I'm not wrong, this series was made in a month or less, possibly 2 months. You don't have to ever sacrifice quality, good scripts, cast, crew, etc.. to make a fantastic series.
What a crazy, intense, intimate, ride. I loved every second. I hope all of you guys don't suffer too long after the final. I feel your pain, I am suffering too. I am so attached, I don't know how to even begin to let go.
Thank you ZiYu and Tian Xu Ning for bringing Wu Suo Wei and Chin Cheng to life, thank you to the cast and crew for making something incredible and leaving us with something so beautiful. I'm going to miss my 4 crazy schemers. These best friends are something else.
We will always have the summer of Revenged Love 🖤❤️🔥❤️

Another Top 5
It was super cute, refreshing, and funny. There were some sad parts with Amagi. He was so self-conscious, but you could feel the little fella trying his best. Amagi is so adorable too!! Takara had his dorky moments as well. There were elements of anime in there. Those parts cracked me up.I loved that the story was just normal teen coming of age stuff, not defined by being gay. It was Takara and Amagi suddenly trying out a relationship and become each other's person. Freaking cute! I really like how they dealt with issues. They talked about sex, being out and open, and the thing I liked the most is they are two very different people, yet they found to really like each other and figure out how to be with each other anyway.
It's one of my comfort series. Give it a try, it might be a comfort for you too. ^-^

Easily Top 5 for Me
This series is so very special. I loved every second of it. I re-watch it every month and fall in love all over again. It's a nice steady build, but also not too fast nor too slow. It was literally just right all the way through. I can't even describe the feeling that came over me the first time I saw it, especially when they depicted that feeling of liking someone. The actors did an amazing job, but also the shimmer thing that floats across the scene omgoodness... please be still my heart. Even though it's not an outright heavy romance, I found it extremely romantic.I hope you will give it a try and I hope you find the magic in it too.

Sometimes you dance in the rain and sometimes you don't
I liked the story and complexities of the issues they tried to show, but I really really did not like the characters. It kind of surprised me that I did not like that characters, because there are very few dramas that have made me feel that way and those are usually really dark. This one isn't dark, just... eh.Typically I don't mind nitty-gritty, toxic stuff, but there was something about these characters that I just really couldn't get over. I think there are certain negative character depictions of a character while trying to also hold them as a "good person" without showing their positive qualities isn't for me. It's something different than someone with human flaws and/or someone trying to better themselves. It was confusing at times and there were no other qualities to grab onto.
The story is nothing new. They talking about gray areas of cheating and control. I'm glad they tried to talked about sex in a relationship in a positive way. I didn't like that it was kind of mangled with expecting another person to stable or satiate another persons mood/sex desires without pointing out how that was wrong. It made me feel like people just expect that crappy situation and it leaves you feeling kind of hopeless in a way. Maybe if the episodes were longer, they could have explored that more instead of leaving a lot as interpretation.
The acting was alright. All the elements just didn't line up for me to like it that much. I'm not saying no one else should watch this. Others enjoyed it, you might too or you might not. It just wasn't for me and that's okay.

No Monster here! Just Turtle.
I had been waiting for this drama last year. I didn't really know what to expect, but it was different than the plot/trailer I watched. The turtle situation was a bit annoying the first half of the series. Mostly because they really really focused on that turtle guys personality and did not let up. But I swear this drama changed my perspective. It made me more tolerant and I got what they were trying to do.
After they started getting into the whole point of the drama I was like "Oh, I get it.". We are not judging, we are listening and trying to understand.
I absolutely loved it. I loved their very different personalities, I love how they did what they wanted seperate and stuff together, I loved that they truly accepted one another. It was great.
I've re-watched it a couple of times and I will re-watch it more.
