okay sO, remember how in the frist ep they give us a clip of him owning the fact that he is a lawyer that defends ghosts, so after the first like we get sent back to "1 year ago" and from what i understand from the teaser for next weeks ep it's evident that they won't be able to prosecute the inspector with out shin-i because he is the main witness. so my theory is ep 13 (friday's ep) he will proably wake up from a coma either towards the middle to the end of the ep then ep 14 they will prosecute the inspector. again this is just what i came up with for the love of the game (i like to guess what happens in these dramas)

hi friend! it is actually chronological; the timeline goes s1, s2 then jo/north special ep (ik it came out before s2 but in the novel that ep is kinda like epilogue/special characters so it’s something that happens in their future) and you’re right about your assumption on how he means it in a “hubby” way in s2. hope i was helpful!! :)))
