I've only watched the drama (14ep) from whatI understand yu shi is the queen in the nether realm (the demon continent)…
Qin Lie and Yu Shi had forbidden love at some point during their lifetime and from what I can interpret there was a seal put on Qin Lie's heart (we know this when the Master of Frost rescued him after he killed some guy's father). I think they have gone through tribulations of some sort, like in Love And Redemption and the woman that Yu Shi keeps seeing in her dream probably realised that they were just gravitated to love each other in every lifetime and so she put a seal on Qin Lie's heart to prevent him from doing so in this lifetime. And so, Qin Lie likely loves her immensely as even with the seal he can still feel some affection for her but he just doesn't know how to describe it -- like Ashes Of Love

he's already evil. Man tried to rape her. His ill intentions were already there and I believe the ring only amplified it. I'm sure he would've gone evil without it because of his jealousy

hi, no he did not rape Shu Yi, he was going to until he was stopped by Shu Yi's senior so it was sexual harassment as he was interrupted but he was very much going to continue. Nevertheless his character is still despicable and if anyone claims second lead syndrome in this drama I will not hesitate to deck them lol

Article Favorite Korean Drama OSTs from a Non K-Pop Fan's Perspective
I also really like NAAN by BIBI, it just caught my eye from the moment they used it in Live On. It is utilised so beautifully in the drama dn my favourite scene of it is likely where Ho-rang finds it hard to breathe and Eun-taek opens the windows for her. It was just a beautifully executed scene and now I listen to the OST's 1 hour loop haha

FAKE PRINCESS as it is a fairly light hearted drama (from where I left off anyway). If you don't want a heavy love triangle then DON'T watch Dance Of The Phoenix. I got MAJOR second lead syndrome and I honestly felt no chemistry from the leads so I had to drop it. But the plot was good. And if you don't want a sad ending then DO NOT WATCH Love From A Thousand years. It was so heart breaking that I had to just drop it and move on.
