Also, there is the bystander effect where others will help or call 911, and no one ends up helping. Although of course this is different since they are all coworkers and know one another.
She may not be someone who answers the phone first or replies to a question quickly.. kind of slow to react and careful.

Tbh there's all kinds of people (grownups) with varying levels of maturity and development, no matter their age. So it's still realistic to me. We all grow at different paces. And given how different people are IRL, it's no surprise that the drama will portray certain types of people you may (or may not) find as mature or not relatable. Someone else watching may disagree with you!
Not really [as of Episode 6]. They have long-term friendship going on, but not much romance is portrayed between them. Na Eun's appearance in the drama is short too :/

He drank cause he was heart-broken over the breakup. In his drunken state, he called her and asked her the reason for their breakup. He obviously had too much to drink so he couldn't remember her sharing why. Yeonsoo probably knew he wouldn't remember too, so she felt comfortable telling him over the phone.. She knew he was too drunk to remember.
