Tbh there's all kinds of people (grownups) with varying levels of maturity and development, no matter their age. So it's still realistic to me. We all grow at different paces. And given how different people are IRL, it's no surprise that the drama will portray certain types of people you may (or may not) find as mature or not relatable. Someone else watching may disagree with you!
Not really [as of Episode 6]. They have long-term friendship going on, but not much romance is portrayed between them. Na Eun's appearance in the drama is short too :/
Wow.. In the middle of Episode 6, Dr Young Min says he knows he's going to die anyway so he doesn't want to 'simply' die - aka: he's going to fight to the last breath. Then end of Episode 6, the overseas doctor and Dr Se Jin basically say Dr Young Min's chance of living is nearly zero...

He drank cause he was heart-broken over the breakup. In his drunken state, he called her and asked her the reason for their breakup. He obviously had too much to drink so he couldn't remember her sharing why. Yeonsoo probably knew he wouldn't remember too, so she felt comfortable telling him over the phone.. She knew he was too drunk to remember.
I agree that I would love more tension. On the note that she rolled her ankle again, I'm not so opposed to that.…

the editors tricked me with their preview last week, q-q respect her courage to express her interest (and later care/love) straightforwardly
