Brilliant plot n good execution with unexpected ending. His decision was really unpredictablebn surprising . It is like tunnel but better psychological drama than tunnel. There r one or two moments which r stupid to b honest. I almost dropped it at 5th episode bcz cases were boring.tunnel did better job in those. But after that it catches up real quick not at all dragging.
There was something missing n that was emotional attachment with characters n intensity which was required in this drama as it has amazing plot especially the end, thats y signal beats them all.
Never trust the reviews n rating. Watch n judge for urself. This was Hidden gem. I m glad i found it. Lovely ambience ,depth ,emotional n unique .
Not comedy though , direction reminded me of miike's direction where scenes r funny n scary at the same time. Good characters, i just wanted the little boy to be happy forever n i hope he is.
If u like yandere male,its a good watch. Second half went downhill, i stopped rooting for anyone anymore but still watchable. Way too much melodrama, ok i like melodrama but man why are they crying way too much.
Dnt know why ppl are disliking FL ,the conditions she went through shaped up her decision, she struggled n chose what she wanted. She is nowhere at fault. Whereas ML was confused but he was the only sane character out of all n the SML is the real trash who was coward. To be honest the story has so much potential, Japanese would have executed perfectly n precisely without making audience feeling bored n frustrated. 6/10
I decided to watch bcz of awsome poster n knew its going to b a great film. MC was really strong n mature.He made a really good n tough decision.
The subject was good, i dnt know the condition of foreigners in japan but i heard they dnt like outsiders i dnt know how much of it is true but d msg was good. For some reason the movie had a feels of blue spring which is one of my favs. I think its bcz of depth of the subject ,friendship,ambience n comedy. Its a must watch movie.
The only reason it doesn't end up being seriously cringey is because Junko was clueless. Right up until the end.…

Drama is fresh, no matter how old the story is, i felt like i was watching romance for the first time partly bcz the Soundtrack was awsome, I loved the outro the most with early morning in tokyo .i felt like i was watching an anime. I loved rika, only character i have been rooting for to have a happy ending n she is too good for anyone. Women should be like her in my opinion.Smart ,bold n innocent at the same time. Ending was realistic of course as its jdrama but neither I'll b watching it again nor its old adaptation.
