M a fan of miike.
I was expecting more in horror n psychological part though.
The acting is good.
I liked how the drugs took effect n brought out all of his hidden fear which were not visible before.
Ending wasnt what i was expecting either.
The movie is decent.

I would categorize the drama as "slice of life"
That was raw n heartbreaking. But everything happened for good i guess. I liked love story of both the sisters, nana's more than maria to b honest.
Though the main story was really a rollercoaster ride, how relationships can turn toxic n how humans can turn into monster n total idiot when they face a drastic change in life , how far u can go to save ur loved one.I really liked all of it.
Characters were given chance to develop n learn the lesson. I was going to drop if as i was frustrated at characters how weak they were, good thing i dint.

Jun n maria were the only reason i kept watching.Felt bad for the guy in the end, i was actually rooting for him but it would have been a very wrong conclusion .

The eye gouging scene was really funny bcz it was overdramatic i mean u cnt even make a joke to this man, he is way too serious lol... Well its Japanese they dnt just have limits

Lol just saw your message..busy with school so no drama this week lol..I watched long ago but it was depressing…
U said a good thing there that they focus more on emotions than the punishment n crime, depict the fragility n deep messed up thought of humans in a way that even genius writers in Western countries cnt do.
N when it comes to
People ,they can't
tolerate to change their values they judge easily n dnt even try to understand even the most educated ones dont.
U can justify a murder but not rape but they even make u understand the criminal i even hate myself for that.
M glad there r ppl like u who have deep insights.

This is my most favorite drama in romance( n psychological) genre
.Dark , intense , raw n very emotional. I dnt cry easily but i cried in this one.

All characters r important n u will
feel for side characters n even empathize with evil character .
OST is amazing.
Actress is very beautiful n i loved her dark side which i dint expect at all.
There were some funny parts which i liked.

That Shadow scene in 6th episode, man even new dramas dnt do scenes like those , maybe they think its so cheesy dnt know but that was just perfect n had my heart race .

In japanese stories whether its movies or manga they dnt give much thought abt punishment to rapist that much thts how i alws feel.
fujimura was a yandere, he even justified that he loved her n he wanted her to have his baby n he evn harmed himself n the way he cried i cudnt help but understand him a little. Same goes to her father, in the end he tried to save both of them . U cnt help but empathize with rapist like they r doing it to overcome their suffering or for love.

My reason behind not being able to enjoy it was most probably bcz i kept comparing it with promised Neverland which was a mistake as i cnt judge the writers. The difference between these two is the drama completely focused on emotions n Neverland was more like adventure n revolutionary n very encouraging n they were humans. I was encouraged watching the anime but its too good to be true n the dystopia was limited. Drama was somehow realistic bcz ppl r not that strong as in Neverland
They r weak n they did revolt, they held on to their dreams to the end but they were clones aftrall why would anyone care abt them. It sure made me question if my parents were to survive n live long bcz of these clones would i really want to end the system like these bcz its morally wrong? Something like necessary evil.
But what i hated the most that doctors were very cruel atlst they should pretend to respect them n give them time it was cruel how they dragged miwa.

I will definitely look into donation i never seriously thought abt it. Ppl should be made more aware of it.
