I seriously can't understand how 8.5 is underrated.These are those kids who get 95% marks in exams n cry abt remaining 5% lol

Like everyone said first half was just pretty i wanted more of beautiful sceneries ,dialogues n bike rides n second half wasnt bad either if u r looking fr psychological thriller but again it cud have been much better with good writing n acting. Screenwriter is also only 25 so i cnt complain much .
Anyways,it's not an important film u cn find much better old movie in this genre ,one can watch for direction as it was good.

Watanabe ryohei directed this when he was only 25 .

Is it genre specific?I m guessing it's not much of a law drama n focuses more on MC than courtroom ryt?

I watched for 15mins n got bored,not gripping at all.Dropped it
If it gets better I'll give it a try if someone i know recommend this to me .

Really nice romantic movie with beautiful MCs n i liked how wholesome the plot n their love making scenes were,they focused more on story than sex unlike other 18+ movies.

Superb direction n acting ofc, this was a good psychological movie about a character transformation but to be honest i cudnt enjoy it alot bcz it lacked in depth unlike other kurosawa kiyoshi movies. So overall a good movie to pass the time but not an important one.
Reminded me a little of one of my favs Beautiful Mind.

This was a psychological movie ,u can compare this with Air Doll , well first few minutes of that movie.
This is a story of an independent introverted woman with trust issues but she is a caring person too.

Nothing much going on with this movie but it's nt that bad, watchable when u r out of everything.

It's really hard for me to rate this bcz i have no knowledge about fresh or saline water jellyfish so i dnt trust the movie as to how was he able to do it, it looked stupid to me bcz is that even possible?

If i talk abt the movie n acting, everything was really touching n dark as well.
I loved dark personality of asano n cute personality of odagiri . Movie reminded me of Norwegian Wood, it's about depression n coping with it. Overall its a good movie for direction n acting but i dnt know the authenticity of it when it comes to jellyfish which played the major role here.

Ur comment is making me not to watch this just yet. Do u have recommendation for good courtroom drama?

Movie is dark n characters r crazy n my interpretation is :
Take alcohol or drugs fr an example,they r harmful for health but some also benefits the economy so what would u do if the loss n benefit r balanced or u have no data of it .
They bring a tree Charisma which is poisonous for other plants n sucking life out of them but there is no evidence of that fact n that tree is very rare n costly.What would u do? Would u keep it or let it go n ignore everything,move on?What if same thing applies to human?What r ur beliefs?
I believe yabuike is a judge here to decide,He is making the decision but in reality he is the one who caused the mess bcz everything was going smoothly before he came.He is the real culprit bcz he cudnt adapt n listen to his superior n lost his job n ruined everything at last but he did so to start anew.

After mature plots in dramas like Old-fashion Cupcake n More Than Words my expectations are really high from Japanese BL i hope this one doesn't go backwards,clips look good remind me of old jdramas.

Plot focuses more on psychological part whereas romance is very subtle .
Engaging movie with beautiful dialogues n good acting.90s Jmovies r truly amazing.

This is the Kind of movie which focuses more on process than result.I m not a fan of ambiguous movies like this but i enjoyed it.

I loved the vibe in the movie.
Dark ,philosophical , slow paced, with deep meaning n good acting.

Started off really good bcz i dint know much abt natural or tree burial n dialogues were nice but plot n overall movie was really boring, i dnt recommend if u r looking for a good psychological film.
