No sweetie.i dnt know what u have watched but Heavy drama or movies can have Happy endings or stories too i will give u example,clannad n clannad/after story, Yurigokoro, Himizu etc I dint reveal if it was happy or sad .When it comes to slice of life u cnt decide if its happy or sad it cn b both ryt.
It was so boring that i struggled alot to finish it ,the comments here deceived me.This movie was so disappointing,dnt even expect that it's even half as good as Rurouni Kenshin.
I dnt generally like long hair on a guy expect very few, i especially dislike the pony tail but honestly the actor playing phayu looks so good , he dint look good at first to me but he grew on me as i started watching 1st episode, he looks as good as any anime character. It's not just his looks that caught my eyes but also his personality which is different from other actors, most of the actors who look cute n hot today. K m done with my essay bye

Right. I think problem lies with Japan not promoting n most of the good jdramas/movies target the mature audience who wants to watch something different from mainstream ,some r too slow paced and complex to understand. Netflix doesn't have enough good jdramas. I dnt care tht people dnt watch jdramas n rate them very low but it makes me really happy when few people appreciate them ☺ Hope the rating doesn't go down much .

I think I can safely say More Than Words n Prism are the drama of the year in BL n Straight romance category.They both are beautiful, unique n deep in their own way.
This drama was heavy,a very smartly executed mature plot .It's a slice of life more than anything ,this can easily qualify as a movie it was that good.I have seen so many things that I dnt feel emotional easily but this made me feel .The second half was absolutely amazing n actors were good .I loved the ambience. Aoki Yuzu is my yardstick like sometani shota ,yashuko koji etc if m picking a drama to watch .No m not comparing but the actor is really good n n i know if he is there it's going to be good. It's sad no one wrote a perfect review on this n they dint try to understand the drama either.Realdeal wrote a good review in comment section below.

Dnt bother abt the rating.They all wanted BL with lots of romance , kisses ,happy moments n dreamy ending.Sad for them japan doesn't do fan service like those dramas.This was indeed a very mature n brilliant slice of life drama.
The theme is strong,the movie covered very small area of existing social issues. Feminism wouldn't have existed if the world wasn't patriarchal.This movie is more about gender equality rather than feminism.It was mild, characters weren't hatable but it's the way how people usually are. I agree with people calling it boring,it dint leave any impact on me bcz there are many things going around us more drastic than what is happening in this movie but it's still watchable.I like jung yu mi so i watched bcz of her.She is good as always.
I m a sucker for Cruel Intentions kind of stories n i have watched all the version whether its korean, english or Japanese( Last Cinderella is also the same kind ) n i can say it doesn't suit Chinese atmosphere for some reason. Cinematography was good n FL is beautiful.If i talk abt korean version i loved MLs inner monologue n how serious he was plus the love scenes in kmovies r so perfect that nothing can beat them but here it was rushed. I cudnt feel their emotions n chemistry , i somehow managed to finish it bcz of 1.5x n 2x.

I dnt know the reason why Netflix doesn't have underrated n good dramas like this. The jdramas in Netflix r poor representative of jdramas like Kingyo tsuma ,my husband doesn't fit or love n fortune . Although i love the latter two people tend to think jdramas r only abt sex n cheating. Its sad
