Ya i understand old jdramas r not fr everyone.

Regardless of time it's a Decent movie.
Good acting, entertaining n nicely executed ,there were tiny details which i really enjoyed but i wanted to know what were those whispers abt as there were no subtitles.

I like old jmovies n plot was good but it's too old n unrefined for my taste with poor execution n acting.

I pity people who r praising such Asian countries who show aggression towards their neighbors, claim lands of other countries,claim everything as their n dnt take evn 1% responsibility of the virus that killed millions,use debt trap to colonize weak countries, kill their citizens for small or no reasons ,kidnap the citizens who exercise freedom of speech n the list go on.
West is the root cause of wars, yes. All they said abt West is very true but what their "favourite" countries r doing today was exactly how West was born n what we see today. They all are same today no matter what their pasts were.

Jokes apart, it depends on ur taste, let me tell u that it doesn't have anything bad/taboo such as infidelity that would bother u, rape, incest etc it's just jdrama being a jdrama ,nothing to b scared of .

Ending was satisfactory, i mean it was bittersweet. What if someone see ur comment n they decide not to watch it bcz they think it has sad ending?

No sweetie.i dnt know what u have watched but Heavy drama or movies can have Happy endings or stories too
i will give u example,clannad n clannad/after story, Yurigokoro, Himizu etc I dint reveal if it was happy or sad .When it comes to slice of life u cnt decide if its happy or sad it cn b both ryt.

Amazing movie that everyone must watch.A bit unrealistic In some situations, i guess they din't want viewers to be sad . Anyway i loved it

It was so boring that i struggled alot to finish it ,the comments here deceived me.This movie was so disappointing,dnt even expect that it's even half as good as Rurouni Kenshin.

I dnt generally like long hair on a guy expect very few, i especially dislike the pony tail but honestly the actor playing phayu looks so good , he dint look good at first to me but he grew on me as i started watching 1st episode, he looks as good as any anime character. It's not just his looks that caught my eyes but also his personality which is different from other actors, most of the actors who look cute n hot today. K m done with my essay bye

Right. I think problem lies with Japan not promoting n most of the good jdramas/movies target the mature audience who wants to watch something different from mainstream ,some r too slow paced and complex to understand.
Netflix doesn't have enough good jdramas.
I dnt care tht people dnt watch jdramas n rate them very low but it makes me really happy when few people
appreciate them ☺

I agree n i think this is the highest rating i have seen on any jdrama even though the raters r only few but still.
