Honestly, the first couple only had 1 book. while others have 2 books each. the storylines are also not overlapping like in the show.

i think what went wrong is that they're trying to merge both storylines. While in canon, storylines are not overlapping. HillTer happen during 1st semester while JohanNorth happen during the end of semester 1 continuing to 2nd semester. then Tonfah and Phoon happen over the span of 2nd year, while Arthit and Dao meet in year 3.

Whatever happened in last episode had happened wayy before In the novel. Which made Pat leave and Elyes had to literally track him down and explain it to him that he rejected Kim.

The novel is very small and unproblematic. Pat has a back bone there

Like i said really bad execution of a partly good small novela. there is a reason Fielong is threatening Run's family.

I think everyone who have read the novel dreaded that the producers would try to spice things up when they didnt use the Kim and Elyes storyline in ep 4 or 5. Ugh we knew they'd use that storyline for the last episode and its sucked big time. the show would've been great if they stayed true to the novel storyline

I think the description is based on novel spoilers. Elis is a mixed race Thai businessman and so is Theeranai who have recently entered Thai real estate market. its not shown in the show but in the novel he travels alot due to this.

in the novel RUn was more scheming and evil than FeiLong and Fei was a Dom but he was slightly gentle with the sub Run.

Yes! in every episode he forgot what he had promised himself previously xD

they have a sort of Dom sub thing. its explained more in the novel.

However in the novel when FeiLong rescues Run, it is not mentioned if Run forgave him of not because it was FeiLong's fault and obsession due to which Teeranai ass**lted Run.

This was the trashiest thing ever. Yet, it kept me and others like me hooked. is it mid life crisis? or have we finally become our moms and grandmas because they used to watch daily soaps? who knows but what ever it is, it will make me tune in again next week to see the special episode :D

Fell in love with Khim and Run while FeiLong was my anti hero here. Pat needs to be protected at all cost and if i ever run into Elyes, I'd probably punch him because he was/is a dick.
