ERGH me too, like I support him more than I do for many full length actors just cause he is able to make his chemistry work well with all of his FL and there were BTS of him practising his sword fighting and riding horses with one hand and like you said you can see the improvement in his acting.

Yea I found it so strange that 2022 and 2023 he had so many mini dramas coming out but now he only has 1 more in post production and he hasn’t filmed anything since then which is so strange. I mean Deliberations of Love is on Tencent and seems to be doing well , like really has no full length dramas scouted him out ?? I really find that hard to believe or maybe I just don’t know the C-Drama entertainment well enough how actors get their roles. I really do wish him all the best and hope there’s good news coming from him.

Agreed about the OSTS, they are just my favourite out of all the C-Dramas I have watched and I listen to them on YouTube almost daily wishing they were on Spotify . And yes I totally love their chemistry, even in their modern photoshoot and their Weibo live, they looked so cute with each other. I do wished for them to be paired up in another drama, together but with the FL gaining more popularity and him being relegated to all these mini dramas guess we might never see it

Well let’s hope Director Zhou let’s him go so that he will be able to be scouted by a much better agency or she’s clinging onto him for her own sake as a director because without him I think her dramas would flop, then again they are flopping

She has a pretty common streak of starting off a drama strong and then like losing steam and end off with an ending which makes you go ??? I cant believe she is the director of The Deliberations of Love and that was my favourite mini series of all time I do hope he isnt in some bad spot right now and he suddenly disappears and never films anything again because this man is just oozing with talent.
Oh shoot, I hope he doesn’t suddenly just go MIA and doesn’t film anything for a while cause of things behind the scene because he is so handsome and talented . But what does this have to do with the director ?
Give props to the actors who all played their roles well, Li Fei of course showcased his amazing skills and trying a new role being a controlling ML and torturing the FL , the FL also was trying her best to keep everything in the balance and of course the 2ML really portrayed the crazy obsessiveness on another level to make everyone hate him.
BUT storywise, I think majority can agree it made little sense with all the backstabbing, miscommunication and obsessiveness. We barely saw the 2 leads being happy and the show gave us random additional snippets just to sppease us cause they probably knew the ending was crap. I guess this can be a guilty pleasure drama for some ? But definitely not 1 I would go and rewatch again unless I want to roll my eyes and punch my computer screen. Looking forward to more Richard Li ! (Though he doesnt seem to have many projects in line apart for 1 in post production)
Just finished ep 18 soooo not sure anyone can answer this - Did the king really like r*** Yaner after knocking her out ?? Like he was hinted to like remove her clothing - Whats with her in that gold armour thing in the flashback in the opening scene like did I miss something or was it like something accidentally edited in
I am just amazed how delusional the emperor is, you literally tortured her with all that information on how you made your sister kill herself and that you killed the man she loved in front of her AND you still expected to be like "Its all over, you can now grow to love me" and promising to bring her anywhere she wants and she will be your only empress.. Like.... you really think after all that SHE would willingly run into your arms and be like yes I will be with you and love you.
Kind of wish they would have shown what happened to the son, but i think its better all of the adult members faster die and not taint the poor boy anymore
Last note is that wow the FL looks really beautiful and etheral when she was knocked out on the bed, almost reminded me of like Snow White or Sleeping Beauty
Hopefully but in 2022 and 2023 he always had like 5 mini series released but so far this year he only has this current one and the post production one and nothing else in the works and some even take up to 1 year to be released :( Hope to see more of him
AGREED !!! Its like after this one we have nothing much to expect from him for this year since mini dramas also take about a year to air and like you said he only has 1 drama post production and he doesnt seem to be filiming anything else at the moment which is dumb he is like the most talented mini drama actor as of now
