that lady was infected and alive coz of the virus, so nobody actually knew that she was murdered until Taeseok's assistant (forgot her name lol) told Yi Hyun that she lived only because of the virus. since she wasn't dead yet, they probably couldn't take action. after she died, however they went to arrest him and he'd already cleaned up everything. so there isn't anything they could have done.

The Andrew guy is impersonating someone else and he's probably the one who murdered the cleaning lady and Kim Se Hoon and stabbed the police ahjussi (forgot his name lol), if you're asking about the preview, even I'm super confused.

depends on how mature the "kid" is. There's zombies, and stuff that's not meant for kids. I think it'll be fine for people above 13, since I'm 13 myself and I didn't seem to have a problem with it.
