It's a very deep drama to be a short-length series. I dare to say some even long drama of 40 episodes wouldn't be as deep as this one.

I think many people would agree with you, so don't be sorry. I don't know, maybe I'm biased because I like costume dramas more. Anyway, if you like this kind of healing drama, you should check out The First Frost. It's really good.

I don't know if anyone would agree with me, but I like Zhang Ling He more in historical dramas. Yes, the drama here is light and sweet, but he can show more of his acting skills in costume dramas.

I think I can put my hand on the problem here, which is FL's facial expression; you cannot sense her love and emotion towards the ML. See, when she is with ML, there is not much difference between that and when she is with her dad or friends. I've seen her before in another drama (Derailment), and it wasn't that bad, maybe because in that drama, romance wasn't the main focus.

Rewatching for the second time as I just finished The Prisoner of Beauty, and I wanted something strong to fill the void after it.

Rewatching after I finished Eat, Run, Love, I feel the acting here is way better.

I hated the little flashbacks very much. It didn't serve any purpose for me. In fact, it made me hate the ML even more.

I think it's not that writers hated Taeyun, but it's more about how much money and greed can change people and how they would end up even killing innocent people like Taeyun, who didn't want anything from all these fights. On the other side, we have Ji Seon U, who was a cute boy and was happy with his simple life, but once he moved to his father's house, he changed little by little, so in the end, you see this scene while they're taking Yeom Jang Seon to jail ...... a new Yeom Jang Seon appeared and already killed someone to start his bloody journey.

I noticed that they tend to kill the FL in dramas where the ML, yes, he loves her, but his ambition or revenge, etc., is stronger than his love, like in this drama or goodbye my Princess or King's Woman. In these kinds of dramas, yeah, it is unfair for the FL to be killed, but I would not mind that because I want to see the ML suffering afterward. What really bothers me is when they try to portray an enemies-to-lovers relationship so they make the ML try to kill Fl more than once or like in here poison her and make her suffer and then she will end up falling in love with him ...this is really toxic and annoying.

I never thought about it like that😊 .... but I knew from the first few episodes that FL was going to die especially when the doctor told him that she only had one year to live and he said so that would be her fate. I watched the whole drama to see him regretting his words.

Everyone keeps complaining about the ending but why I feel that is the most justifying and fitting end . The ML had to suffer and bear the consequences of his actions. He was the one who poisoned her and made her suffer in the beginning and no matter how much she loved him or forgave him, she had to die and leave him to live a lonely life full of sadness, pain, and regret

Just watch it as a different separate light comedy supernatural drama that is not related to (Strong Woman Do Bong Soon) because if you compare it or hope it will be at the same level ......
you will be extremely disappointed !!!.

The drama felt dragged, I couldn't feel the romance between the main couple or at least I felt that he always loved and supported her while she didn't treat him with same way. All other couples stories were more romantic even the ex-husband with her friend despite I hated their relationship.

The FL had a little bullying attitude. Besides the scenes when she used to hit the ML whenever she was angry were not acceptable. I understand that could be a problem with her personality coming from a dysfunctional family, but instead of showing it as bad behavior and she had to work on herself to get rid of it, they showed it as something funny and cute. If the role were switched and ML was the one hitting FL, you would find many comments about how violence against women is not accepted !!

I felt that the secondary couple's love story was more fun to watch.
