It was a heavy emotional drama and it made me crying my eyes out 😢. This drama highlights that everyone should bare the responsibility of their choices the good and the bad .Giving up to circumstances is a choice and it would push someone to live in hellish endless darkness . Only by fighting and choosing to love themselves, they can move on towards a better life .Being human means that we're all prone to making mistakes and the difference between the bad and the good person is redemption and trying to fix their mistakes.
The one thing , which I didn't like in this drama , is the way the FL got her justice. I mean if those two women didn't come back to the right track , FL would have never gotten her justice . However, I'm happy to see justice being served for the victims and their families.
I really hope that this drama would give real life victims the light to stand for themselves and to believe in miracles.
In this world, injustice has different faces , so for sure , we all faced or are facing one kind of it . I hope that the future would bring the wind of change and we would get the justice that we deserve.
Ye Si bei is really an inspirational character and I would like to encourage anyone to watch her journey .

It was a funny intriguing drama .There was time when I felt that the ancestor's thing was dragging the story down and I felt that they should have reduced the number of ep dedicated to ' forbidden love between ancestor and FL'. However, I really enjoyed the rest and the end was very satisfying . It broke the traditional ending of time travelling and that's why instead of giving this drama 8/10 , my final rate 10/10.

ep 27/ 28 from what I remember

The victim will suffer either ways as it was mentioned in this drama . It's better to think that justice will be served one day other than giving up and living in hell everyday . Nobody can blame the victim for giving up and it takes one brave person to pave the way for others. The road to justice has never been an easy , otherwise , we would have been living in a fair world .

I feel sorry for anyone has been through injustice. Most of the people will stand by watching the injustice thinking that it will never happen to them and they would belittle the pain of the victim. Here other than ML ,who was a victim himself , nobody has truly understood the weigh of the damage from this injustice and the suffer which FL has been through. Nobody can rest and have normal life unless justice is served . FL's family , coworkers and her friend are all selfish and they have never been put themselves in FL's shoes . I understand the injustice has impacts on their lives even when they're not the victims. But they should understand that they can be the light or darkness in FL's life , that light or darkness will reach them at the end .Either choices will make them be the good or the bad person. I believe that justice will be served eventually sooner or later .

Her mother ruined her chance of staying in that big city by making that scandal at her work , so she was forced by circumstances to go back home. I believe nobody wants go against their own self interests unless they were pushed to the edge by these circumstances.

Could someone explain me what the purpose of cameo at the end ? Does it mean that there is a special relationship between them or the producer wanted to link this drama to the Korean Japanese drama 'what comes after love'?

I think he is a mysterious character and he will play a big role in main couple relationship . SFL is kind of interested in him , we'll see the development of their relationship in the upcoming up .

I agree with you about the portraits . I mentioned my speculation for the reason behind the grandpa story , however, we'll get the answer in the upcoming eps . Some people have the same family name but with different origin . I believe by the end all the misunderstandings will be solved .

I don't think it has nothing to do with understanding the concept , but It is because of censorship they made ML loses his modern memory . Due to time travelling censorship , many dramas except ' a dream within a dream' ended up with male lead meeting FL ,but no memory of his time travelling experiences. There would be many illogical things 😅

I agree with you and this is what I meant by my long comment .The same goes for ML , who has nothing to do with the shen family . So , FL did not fall in love with her ancestor, who assumed to be ML , however with a modern person unrelated to her family .

ML and FL have no blood-related relationship and he is not her ancestry. The famous relationship between lady shen and lord lin is the relationship between the current ML and FL . FL's grandfather was telling FL and her brother a famous love story of famous historical figures ,as we saw in first ep many people go the shen historical house to worship their love story .Since the legendary shen has the same family name of theirs and with the absence of the real origin of FL's ancestry after shen family collapse , the grandfather wanted the kids to be proud of having famous ancestry , which in the reality wasn't their ancestry . I believe we'll all understand by the end of this drama that FL is the famous lady shen and ML ,who is also from the future as we saw in ep 1, is the famous lord lin . So, they are not the ancestors, but two modern people transmigrated to the ancient type and their love story became famous . I believe they will go back to the future without living their child behind ,if there is any .

I started watching it while watching love's ambition , I thought there would be another drama just after LB ends. Thank you for the reply .

What is tencent airing drama after love's ambition ?

This is typical kdrama with many clichés like childhood connections and rich ML with trauma, but this kind of drama brought me into kdrama world and I have been enjoying these kind of light romcom. I understand new kdrama fans are into serious complicated stories and this kind of drama isn't their type . However, please don't give it low rate and let people ,who enjoy cliché, enjoy this joyful simple drama.

I didn't read the novel but for sure their ancestry isn't ML and I think he is ML's servant .
