But his presence didn't ruin it for us. There are so many people on social media that love this drama. So you have the choice not to watch anything he is in, if you think he's ruining your mood. There are so many dramas out there that he is not onee of the cast. Go watch it. Life is too short for you to be stress just because people's appearance doesn't please you. Also, you have the right to criticize someone's acting but the looks is another matter. Everyone of us has no choice of what we will look like. So at least be kind to ugly people. It's free.

I just really think the ML didn't make some mistakes but more on they don't have the same view and principle on certain things though. She's upright while he's practical maybe. But anyway, I also grow more fond on the second male lead, I just think their character will look more fun when together 😆

Easy to say for us cause we know the male lead has started falling for her but that's just us, the female doesn't know it. Also, I don't think it's a big deal in their era of a female remarrying? I also don't think it's a big deal for the male lead since he knows the truth. Also, why should the female lead mind what would other think about her?

I mean that's a more slim chance to enter by seducing the male lead, although it is just a drama but talking about real you would never know if you can make someone fall for you right? So I think her choice of marrying a corpse is a much better choice. Also, she has no reputation to defend with in the first place, her reputation is already ruined anyway. She also has no idea that she would fall for her brother-in-law right?

Chen Feiyu is definitely perfect for the role. Whoever gives him the role made the right choice. And so is Wang Yin Lu. I tried to read the novel and manhua but I just think Chen Feiyu's portrayal of the character is better than what I read from the novel and manhua. I sensed too much arrogance from the novel's writing and the manhua's drawing and can't feel anything from it. Unlike Chen Feiyu's portrayal wherein there's some loneliness, indifference of anything, suspicious of everything and confidence of his power and intelligence up until he slowly soften up. I can feel all of it through the screen.

Same. 😭 My first thought when watching the drama is I can't pass 4 episodes. Cause it looks like the same with every xianxia drama, the sypnosis doesn't even interest me. The only reason why I watch the drama was because I want to see a glimpse of the actress who played Liao Tingyan in Xianxia costumes. Who knows I was totally hooked that I'm at the latest episodes and even bought a subscription just so I could water the GARDEN OF EDEN kind of ML 🥺

I really don't know who is this Kris Wu you're talking about so I search him and made some comparison. They do have some similarities when you quickly look at him but when you look at him carefully, I think you will realize that they doesn't look the same. They don't have the same shape of nose, eyes and mouth. I can't talk about the differences in other aspects cause I haven't watch any of this Kris Wu's drama.

I really can't blame your feelings cause he was your bias before. And you totally have imprinted his face in your mind for how many years.

All I could say is maybe try to look at the differences of them rather than similarities then convince yourself that they are not the same person?
