I watched the good doctor both the Korean drama and the American version. I honestly prefer EAW. Especially the romance here is done better. I don’t think he loves her yet but has a massive crush. He’s supporting her and you can tell he respects her a lot as a lawyer and a human being. I thought their interactions were very natural. Maybe if you view Young Woo as someone that doesn’t have a disorder it won’t be hard to understand why he fell for her so fast. She’s just like any other girl that deserves to be someone’s crush and love. Even for a “perfect” man like Jun Ho!
Just because it seems like she has the perfect friend, guy, and boss doesn’t mean she had it easy. The boss wasn’t on board with her in the beginning either. She earned her spot by proving she understands her clients needs and can fight for them in court. I already found it hard to watch her getting bullied so I’m glad the environment is not as harsh as the good doctor. Overall the message of the drama is more on the positive side. They don’t take too much time on the sad parts but at the same time they show a good portion in order to understand Woo Young Woo.

I don’t want to choose a better drama because the ending for EAW is not out yet. However I’m 95% sure that EAW will be my favorite this year. Something just soothes my soul and I don’t carry the anxiousness that I had from 2521. I find myself happier while watching EAW and if they include a wedding at the end it is going to be my no.1 drama of all time😆 Woo to the Young to the Woo just hits differently💜🐳
